Very bad experience , I have ordered 14 items received only 2 , try to contact them nobody’s answer , sent them email they said will respond ASAP . Still waiting third week so far

Very bad. I placed my order on 19/03/2020. I still haven’t received my order till 21/05/2020.

Tried to ring, nobody answered. It’s auto hang off.

Tried to email, email said no longer to response there

Lodged the feedback from, no response.

With this kind of bad customer services, how this business still runs. What can we do to protect our rights as a consumer?

I haven’t received two items from my order. It’s been over 2 months now. I have logged several tickets through their website but no response. They don’t even have a number to call.
Absolutely frustrated

I too am waiting on hand sanitizer ordered on 18th March. They do not answer the phone and they do not respond to emails at all.

I want a refund but not sure how to get it as they are not contactable. Going into a store and yelling at someone is not right. It isn't the shop assistants fault.

Shame on you Rockmans, you let your whole team down.

I, too am waiting on sanitizer l ordered in March. I have sent emails and received a number to quote, trouble is they don’t reply to the emails.
I intend to now take the company to CATS AND ACCC.
What they are doing is illegal, and l for one will not ignore it.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A ORDER OF SANITISER SINCE THE 19TH. MARCH.I HAVE SENT MANY, MANY EMAILS AND JUST GET FOBBED OFF ALL THE TIME. THEY LIE THROUGH THEIR TEETH AND I HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND MANY TIMES TO NO AVAIL. I AM NOW GOING TO BOYCOTT THIS ROCKMANS GROUP WHO ALSO HAVE CONTROL OVER W.LANE, MILLERS, AND A COUPLE OF OTHER MERCHANTS. THEY ARE ALL ON THE INTERNET. THEY ARE A DISGUSTING GROUP AND DESERVE TO BE BOYCOTTED. MOST OF THEIR STUFF COMES FROM CHINA ANYHOW AND I HAVE DECIDED NEVER TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT COUNTRY AGAIN.THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN RATE ONE STAR THEY ARE ROTTON TO THE CORE.THE LAST EMAIL I GOT FROM THEM WAS DATED 1/5/2020 SAYING THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY IF I DID NOT GET IT IN THAT WEEK. STILL NO ORDER AND THAT EMAIL CAME FROM SOMEONE NAMED JAYME AND SAID THEY WERE A CASE ESCALATOR SUPERVISER.THAT PERSON SHOULD BE TOTALLY ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES AS THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED. AFTERPAY IS ONTO IT NOW.

Ordered some hand sanitizer on18th March 20, I didn't receive anything
yet. Didn't respond to my emails.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered some items online. Only one of three items have arrived (after 5 weeks). I have left two emails through their contact form, emailed them directly once & tried to phone them twice. I cannot get any service from anyone.
Atrocious customer service.

After calling Rockmans numerous times and waiting on hold for over 30 mins each time and three emails to their customer support, I have come to the conclusion that I won’t be getting the hand sanitizer ordered specifically for Covid 19. The money however was deducted very quickly from my credit card 4 weeks ago. If they don't have the item in stock when ordered they should let the customer know and not take money from the customer.

I received my items today after a very long wait whilst some of the items are really good others look like they are second hand or have been thrown at the bottom of a cupboard for a very long time, they are the most creased clothing I have ever seen, they have cotton hanging off some of them it does not look like new clothing.
Very disappointed I won’t shop online again through them.
The worst part is after contacting I can not return the items that are bad because they are clearance items just because they are clearance doesn’t mean they should look second hand.

Lies lies lies. Order on 28th March no contact no nothing. Followed up and got email saying dispatched 6/4. Sendt another email 9/4 no response. Csll them in 24/4 to be told items disptached 20/04. Another lie. Ring 16/4 to be told 1 item had been dispatched other itesm will be refunded. Not answers to the loes told not tracking number gor dispatched item. Lies, bad customer service promises made and not delivered on..

Hello, I purchased 2 different items on the 19/03/20 with a advertised at the time delivery of 31/03/20 shipped date ( no mention of from overseas when originally advertised " Just Landed") so we expected goods in be received 3-5 days later. **Until the receipt email came ** starting with the lies** To date after chase up calls to ask if our masks were being seized by Australian Border Force as so many were counterfeit and non compliant masks ( Cannot filter COVID-19) and NO RECORD of purchase on our Rockmans account. We still dont know when we will get our goods. I can go buy them in Australia now. Just received an email almost a month later talking about delayed delivery of weeks of one item, No mention or idea about the second set of items? They wont refund as requested weeks ago. They are putting lives at risk as we dont have the money to get them for our at risk parents without a refund! I want my money back from this dishonest company. They could not guarantee the goods were compliant with Australian law. Philippines call centre staff only know the pre-written lines. They care not one bit about our issues.

Worst experience ever!!! Pathetic customer service. False timelines for deliveries, no response to any email (including follow ups) long call waiting times (you’re lucky if your call is answered in 45-50 mins), call centre staff are clueless and have no solutions for customers except REFUND if the timelines have exceeded. Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy from ROCKMANS!! Completely unprofessional!!!

Receive far too many emails touting their business when I've not even signed up for this (2 a day sometimes). I received an email today offering 500ml hand sanitizers for almost $30 each! (or $59 for 2). In these days of lock-downs due to the pandemic, mass unemployment, impossible to buy protective virus gear from chemists and supermarkets, bulk panic buyers I am very disappointed in Rockmans un-Australian approach. I consider $59 far too expensive for us recently unemployed Aussies. Stick to clothing Rockmans if you must, but don't bleed the average Aussie dry because they're frightened and unable to purchase protective supplies elsewhere. Needless to say I've unsubscribed to their emails.

I have contacted customer service 3 times about and online order was given a number after the first email a week ago to say a customer care person would be in contact with me. Another email and filled out an enquire form and still no response. Atrocious customer support... there is none. I will escalate this appropriately tomorrow and will never shop online with Rockmans again

I like shopping here. The clothes are lovely. Only shop in store not on line.

I find it a pleasure to go into Morisset Rockmans as the I always feel welcomed and receive helpful service. I must commend Maree who is always politely friendly, creating a happy, sociable atmosphere.
I love the fact that your XS size fits me well and walk out of the shop with value-for-money purchases and my spirits lifted.

Absolutely no customer service. Don’t reply to your messages and can’t process returns correctly or in a timely manner. Will never shop with them again.

I placed an online order on 9th October and received confirmation. When I hadn't received it by 1st November sent email to customer care. No response. Another email 9th November. No response. Another email 14th November. No response. Called 27th November and told product unavailable. Ok, but why no response or initial communication. Poor customer service. I had ordered same product month before and had to email for non delivery. Got a refund, then the next week new email saying product back in stock so I made a new order. Then dragged out process. Unbelievable!

Customer care chat non existent I messaged Wednesday afternoon it says someone will be with you shortly well I am still waiting. Thank goodness for the beautiful manager at Bateau Bay who helped me out. I won't buy online again what a shamozzel so disorganized.
