Absolutely Amazing Service!
Absolutely Amazing Service!
David at Robert Luff & Co Goring was extremely helpful, consistently staying in contact with us and keeping us updated and chasing for updates. We went through some frustrations in other areas of buying our property but David was a constant help. We felt well looked after and once the exchange went through, we were all ecstatic. Can't recommend the branch and in particular, David, enough.

Immensely grateful for the service…
Immensely grateful for the service provided by Robert Luff in purchasing my home at a very difficult time for me. They were professional, ever patient and extremely knowledgeable. I particularly would like to recommend Jayne, Henry and Max for their utmost dedication and commitment in the process. Very impressive!

Not very helpful at all
Not very helpful at all. Spoke to one of their mortgage advisors who said will email the forms I need to submit for them to review as we are interested in one of their properties, no email received. It’s been 5 days now. No callback whatsoever.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, and we’re really sorry to hear about your recent experience.
This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating it must be to feel ignored – especially when you're trying to move forward with a property you're interested in.
Thank you again for your feedback – it helps us improve, your comments have been taken on board and will be passed onto our Management Team.
Great service, poor communication
Managed to get a viewing the same day I called which was great. I was told I'd be sent an application form but didn't receive one. After calling back the next day to chase the missing forms, I was told specific representatives allocated to the property would call me back. After no response for 2 hrs I called back where I was told I only get a form if the LL agrees to my req for application. I will update my review as I go through this process but so far the communication hasn't been great.

Useless
Useless! Tried several calls over 2 days to arrange viewings on 3 properties after complaining we were given 1 viewing only to be called back later and told it was under offer. Also 3 months ago my daughter called them for a rental property 5 times and never received a call back

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience — it’s certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.
We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to struggle to arrange viewings and to feel that your enquiries weren’t followed up properly. We also sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused to your daughter regarding the rental property — no one should have to chase multiple times for a response.
Please be assured your comments have been passed on to the relevant team managers so we can review what went wrong and ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Thank you again for your honest feedback.
