STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
So to add to my previous 2 reviews, this dishonest incompetent company have still failed to arrange a appointment to repair my boiler and now I have been without heating and hot water for 24 hours, this is solely down to the incompetence of RHH staff and their continued dishonesty. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ANY POTENTIAL CLIENT SHOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER HIRING THIS COMPANY. The only reaction I get from this incompetent company is on Trustpilot and once again I’m telling RHH due to your continued dishonesty and incompetence I will not answer any telephone calls you make to myself and I will only respond to emails. I will keep updating Trustpilot until this repair is fulfilled.

The engineer turned up late
The engineer turned up late, when he turned up he then parked really inconsiderately, he had head phone in the whole time, was speaking in a different language the entire time, didn’t explain what he was doing or if everything was okay. After 5 years with Robert heath heating this is the first bad experience.

Turned up on time. Carried out the inspection promptly. Clearly explained how the system had previously been incorrectly set up and effected the necessary adjustments.

20th April I had my gas safety check the engineer was very polite he also sorted out a sticky valve so he could pressurise the system before checking everything was working fine thank you.

I can’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he came out to sort a Daikin thermostat for us 2 weeks ago in B92 0FG and he was fantastic!
It wasn’t even a thermostat issue in the end it was plumbers messing with the system and schedules etc. he spent the time to show me how to use the panel correctly and how to set times/schedules etc!
Genuinely a quality and kind engineer you should be proud to have working for you. It’s a shame I can’t remember his name because he deserves a lot of credit from you.
