I absolutely LOVE this supplier. I started out around 6 months ago and was literally just using any website - I eventually came across Ro and Co and this is a place where I can get EVERYTHING from clothing, pjs, blanks & accessories - along with custom printed dtf and uvdtf. This store has everything you need for your own hand made business! And great reasonable prices!! I just can’t believe how fast their turn around is. Sometimes I order around 9-10am and 9/10 I will get my dispatch email the same day and it arrives to my house the following morning! Their turn around time is sooo fast and the guys are always there for support and will help you with your order! The stuff is amazing quality and I have never had any issues the whole time I have used these guys, I really wouldn’t go anywhere else. Amazing company I can’t wait to see how much more successful they will be than they already are! Keep up the good work guys, my business would be NOTHING without you as a whole sales!

Wow what can I say what an amazing service! Made an order and two days later it arrived. What quick service. All items are amazing quality. Had an issue with a damaged item and the customer service I received was brilliant. Issue was resolved in no time thanks to Leah. Would 100% recommend!!

I have used Ro and co a few times previously always had good experiences but this time went above and beyond, I had ordered some custom uvdtf for the first time and done it wrong, they where amazing letting me sort it out and re submit rather than cancelling my order and sending out the rest of it.

I've ordered twice from this company, the first time was for the dome glasses which ended up being delayed for several weeks, I was fine with that as they were for personal use.
The second time I ordered had items for my mother in laws gifts, its her 60th and I wanted to make up a gift box, I've bought her some tickets so wanted to make a special one, (I ordered on the16th of May). I received my package a few days later but when I opened it, it contained someone else's order and picking note (which contained someone else's name, address and phone number, and I'm assuming they will have mine). At the time I thought it's fine, these things happen, I still have a couple of weeks to get them and make the items ( I work 12 hour shifts so only have a few days inbetween to actually make the items). I contacted the company as soon as I opened the parcel via the website, I got an email the same day asking for pictures, which I sent, the next day I received a WhatsApp message saying any email response they made was bouncing back. I was sent a returns label and asked to send the items back (that's fair enough) so I asked when my items would be sent to me as I needed them at the latest by the 26th (the weekend) they said as soon as royal mail scans the return, which is normally the same day they will get it shipped out, I explained that I couldn't send it until the Tuesday (the 23rd). I know people say they are really quick at dispatching etc... so it should be fine and due to it being their error, they should dispatch it quickly with knowing I need them desperately... no I was wrong, I should have re ordered and asked them for a refund instead as I didn't receive an email from royal mail until 6pm on Friday the 26th, stating my order will arrive on Tuesday the 31st, that is now a 14 day wait for me to receive my items I actually ordered and It will be too late for me to make anything.
I was debating giving less stars as both orders have had big delays and errors and the second has noe had an impact on what I planned to do.

Their shipping times are really quick and their communication is great.
Nothings ever an issue.
