Rlrecruit Anmeldelser

I am extremely disappointed with RL Recruiting. I worked a total of 128 hours and, to this day, I have still not been paid for my work.

The company sent me a message confirming that I would be paid, but later refused to pay me again. Despite their promises, I am still waiting for my wages.

It is completely unacceptable to work 128 hours and not receive payment for the work you have done. I have waited long enough, and the company has failed to resolve this issue.

As of today, I have still not received payment for my 128 hours of work.

I would strongly advise anyone considering working with RL Recruiting to be cautious and make sure they understand how payment will be handled before accepting any work.

I hope RL Recruiting finally takes responsibility and pays me the money I am owed.

Not met in person, but got brilliant job with great pay. Can't say anything bad. Best thing, when job which was founded is just near my home.
Thank you all staff. 👍

Staff have been brilliant from start to finish 👍

Absolutely shocking here with trustpilot as they have taken my reviews down as harmful to the company but I have sent all evidence to trustpilot showing blackmail as this company isn’t paying for hours I done I will officially be sending emails to all companies with photos of blackmail and not paying as the company should not be running they break every law and yet still running I done intend to take this to tribunal as the company have had a month to pay

I worked through RL Recruit and I am currently owed payment for **128 hours of work**\.

I completed the hours as agreed and have evidence of the work carried out, including my records and communications\. Despite this, I have not received the payment that I am owed\.

I have contacted the company to try to resolve the matter directly, but the outstanding payment has not been resolved\.

As a worker, I believe that if I complete the agreed work, I should receive the correct payment for all the hours worked\.

I am now taking the appropriate steps to recover the money owed to me\.

I am sharing my experience so that other workers, particularly drivers looking for agency work, can make an informed decision\.

I hope RL Recruit resolves this matter and pays the outstanding wages

Didn’t pay the overtime stated on the contract, refused to pay holiday gained as it wasn’t included in with the rate like most agencies used a lie about falsifying hours and nights out to justify the theft of nearly £500, they are very rude and blunt both over the phone and in messages, AVOID

I have applied for a job I found on Indeed, and I got a reply back within a couple of hours which is amazing!

Unfortunately, the conversation between myself and the recruiter (I didn’t get a name) was only 5 minutes, as I have been refused entirely on the basis that ‘we have speak to over 100 people a day’.

It’s sad to say, but this is very unprofessional. Not to talk about the gramatical error. Working in a Customer Service role myself for a very long time, respect and imaculate grammar are a MUST for a successful career and happy customers.

I can’t say anything about the company, as I haven’t even gotten the opportunity to know anything about them, which is a shame.

Long story short, if you don’t answer like a robot would, you’ve got no chance!

RL Recruit is a great company to work with, there service is good and most of time send good candidates in to interview.

We've been using RL Recruit for the last few months to supply drivers, machine operators, and office staff, and they've been excellent to work with throughout. They always respond quickly and consistently find us the people we need, even at short notice. The whole process is straightforward, professional, and hassle-free.
I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to other businesses and will definitely continue using them in the future.

Roxy is by far the best recruiter I’ve come across, got me an interview and the opportunity to start a well paying job all within a week of applying. Kept checking in to make sure everything was going smooth and also a lovely person, over the moon she found my application. Thank you again

Excellent service from RL Recruit. Roxy was responsive, helpful and kept me in the loop throughout sorted me out with a great driving role. Highly recommend to any driver looking for work.

I have nothing bad to say about RL recruit been with them about 2 weeks. No problems got me posted to the job i applied for and everything is fine. Just got to wait for my 1st wage and take it from there. So far no complaints with RL recruit

We were in the position of taking on two permanent C2 drivers, Roxy at RL listened and understood our requirements to which she fully delivered.

She lined up six interviews for us, from which two were selected and have now started with our company.

All of this was done within a matter of weeks of us reaching out to her… cannot fault the service Roxy provided, regular messages between us keeping all in the loop, easy to submit time sheets, easy to sort payments, really good and pleased with it all.

Highly recommend Roxy and RL to anyone looking for new hires.

Amazing experience with RL Recruitment.Professional, supportive, and efficient throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Roxy for being so helpful, friendly, and always available to answer questions. Highly recommend!

RLrecruitment saw my cv, contacted me immediately and quickly arranged an induction for me with regular well paid work that I wanted.
I’ve had great contact and feel respected.

The best company for agency staff! Due to unforeseen circumstances we were left short staffed as a business and thank god we found this company!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Roxy who is extremely professional and great at handling our last minute requirements and always happy to answer any questions we had during the process.

I have since built a great long-term partnership with this company and would never go anywhere else

10/10 couldn’t fault them at all

This is a good company to work for because they make sure you are paid for the work you do regardless of performance. I faced a major adversary and they had to let me go. Roxy contacted me several times for my bank details so I could get paid. I chose not to as I really wanted the job for the long run not part payment. Work is work and I recommend any decent driver to work with RL recruit.

I have been working with Roxy for the last 4 months recruiting staff , Roxy on each occasion has gone above and beyond finding the right candidates for the role . I find RL a great resource to have access to and the commitment from Roxy herself is exemplary. Whatever your needs as a business I would recommend giving her a call.

The availability and care from the staff is great. They helped me get a great job amongst really friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Roxy is brilliant. I applied for a job via Indeed and got an immediate response from her explaining me everything about the role I was applying for. She quickly arranged for me an appointment with the company and updated me with the recruitment process until I got the job. I am very grateful with Roxy, she’s very professional and I highly recommend RL Recruit!! ⭐️🙂⭐️
