Excellent all round, very quick delivery, Gary was brilliant, it does say I would get info from the delivery company about date/time which I didn’t, that’s not a criticism just a heads up for people.... Vis mer

Amazing service and value for money…
Amazing service and value for money products. I can’t rate this company and the people high enough. The service i received on a number of occasions has been absolutely perfect. Timely. Informative. Accurate. They even responded to my (many) questions late on a Sunday evening. And they saved me money on both occasions. They even helped me track my parcel when it was delivered to somewhere else by the courier (courier's fault). And they stayed on the phone until I collected the parcel from the neighbour. Highly recommend this company and will definitely buy from them again.

Got 4 new alloys for my Merc A Class…
Got 4 new alloys for my Merc A Class and the lads at garage whistled when they opened the box, I instantly knew I made a cracking choice. Delivered rapidly, top quality, all parts came, fitted nicely and a very fair price, some companies bend you over. Couldn’t ask for much more can you really, only one downside, didn’t get a Christmas cracker in the box but I’ll let it slide. Cheers guys!

BLACK FRIDAY SALE?
Bought a set of wheels during their “BLACK FRIDAY SALE” and received the wheels and they were fine with a few small marks in the centre (covered by the centre cap so not visible on the vehicle). I then went to check the site to share them to a friend who like the look of them to see that they where £36 cheaper so I emailed to ask if there was anything they could do like credit the difference as I have just received the wheels 5 days later still during this “BLACK FRIDAY SALE” but they said:
That they order was discounted 10% for the sale but fox had more new stock and they had dropped they price per wheel down not them and just to double check I went onto the website and they price had dropped again so they where £52 cheaper then when I purchased them on sale. I can see how this is poor timing and I price reduction from fox but 6 days after I purchased them they have been discounted 2 times while on sale they are now £52 cheaper and they refused to give any kind of credit which was a poor service and experience for myself and I will think twice about using them again if they price could drop £50 even during a sale which is a shame as they offer fast delivery and what I thought was a fair price.
Edit: They have since sent a set of locking wheel bolts FOC that matches the value lost in the discount. Thank you

Svar fra Rimstyle Alloys
Thank you for your review Matthew. As mentioned in our conversations today the further drop in price was something the wheel manufacturer chose to do just short of a week on from your order, and sadly not something we have any control over. Your order benefitted from the full Black Friday promotion discount that we have applied online, which is based on the current buying price of the product at the given time. We never set out as a company to disappoint any customer, and as promised a free of charge set of Thatcham approved McGard locking bolts have been posted today for you to hopefully make the final overall experience a positive one for you.
New alloy wheels
New alloy wheels arrived today, top quality but the packaging was damaged. Maybe wrap better next time. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback today, we're pleased to hear you are happy with the quality of the wheels, but would like to address the concerns over packaging. I can not locate an order under your name given here, but if you could email sales@rimstyle.com confirming your order name and an image of the packaging received, we can certainly look into this further for you. We invest heavily into our packaging techniques and materials, so would really like to investigate what went wrong here on your delivery. Thank you in advance.

RIMSTYLE over WheelbaseAlloys any day!
Having dealt with WheelbasebAlloys.com and their shocking levels of customer service, aftercare and poor knowledge - Rimstyle were a breath of fresh air.
Dealt with a chap called Gary who knew his stuff, advised with all suspects of the order and kept me informed along the way. Alloys + tyres arrived and they fit perfectly - an awesome company to deal with!
5 stars easily.
