Excellent all round
Excellent all round, very quick delivery, Gary was brilliant, it does say I would get info from the delivery company about date/time which I didn’t, that’s not a criticism just a heads up for people. I presume it was because my wheel came direct from the factory.

Excellent service. Excellent product. Above all, excellent communication and everything they said would happen happened when they said it would. Not always easy to get good service in the Highlands.

Wanted a full set (5) of Hawke Chayton 20inch wheels and tyres for my wife's 2023 Defender, spoke with Gary regarding TPMS vales Locknuts etc. He took care of everything, received the whole lot within a few days all ready to go.
Easy process handled by a professional (Gary) no problems ! Thank you Rimstyle !

Very helpful with a custom set of…
Very helpful with a custom set of wheels but all one wheel weight fell off in transit and the rest flew off on the first drive. Will have to pay to get them balanced again. Double sided tape holding them on was barely sticky judging by the loose one in the box.
Edit:
Have emailed, thanks for the reply.

Thank you for your review.
I have tried to locate your order to see what went wrong, but I can't find an order under your forename or surname - Please could you email us at sales@rimstyle.com with further details so that we can look into this for you? With any wheel spacer order from ourselves we will reach out to discuss the application details and you should also receive full DPD tracking updates too, so it would be great to have the opportunity to look into this, and to also ensure that it was ourselves that supplied the order in question. Thank you
