So I contacted the customer support team after changing my address, it didn't work! They said they are aware of the issue and would send a new box, second box didn't arrive.

So I was charged for something I didn't receive. Then a month later I have an additional box charged to my account and it never arrived either so that's 3 failed boxes and 2 subscription fees taken and I didn't get a thing for it not even a refund.

It's a shockingly bad team for customer care. I'd say avoid.

So I ordered the 15 browines in a tray of on tiktok shop on the 26th of June and they arrived on the first of July when ordering they should have arrived on the 28th all the brownies are stale the viral dubia pistachio one pistachios have gone off everything's just absolutely awful don't wish your money on this they don't put the care in love in that they used to whwn they first started off!!! you will get stale disgusting Brownies and be disappointed avoid

I purchased from the website for a birthday gift, I got an order number and then heard nothing back. I contacted them 3 times and was ignored. I went on TikTok and contacted them to ask why they don't answer messages and got accused of being a troll and blocked. In a nutshell if you don't purchase on TikTok you won't get your order and the company will ignore you. I had to go through my payment provider to get my money back. They should not have a website if they ignore orders made through it. An awful company that ignores customers who purchase through the website. Please take the website down if it isn't monitored as this is very unfair to customers who don't chose to use TikTok.

Ordered the brownie bar on website, got an email saying my address was cancelled for being international when though it’s Hatfield, UK!
Emailed back which took ages to get a response and they just blamed Royal Mail, you think they would check the address themselves before emailing me accusing me of having an international address!
Took another few days for them to reply to say re order the bar, went on to do that and it’s out of stock don’t sell it anymore. I emailed back to the original and to Alana herself and have had nothing back. This is nearly 2 weeks now with no reply! Do not order.
I was a great customer and always on their lives sharing and promoting!
Look for yourself at other reviews, do not order from here, you will be disappointed.

I feel tiktok orders are priority over website orders, I don't want to order via tiktok so will only use the website, everytime I order always have things missing, I bet never via a tiktok order.
The annoying thing is I have stuff missing from the core range, sometimes from weekly specials.
If you don't want people to order via the website then close it down.

First time ordering and was really looking forward to receiving the cake bar and the mystery box. But unfortunately I am very disappointed and won’t be ordering again. The package arrived damaged and cakes were crushed and broken. I mean who sends cakes in an envelope? Definitely need better packaging. And as for the cakes… the brownie/blondie bar was well overpriced and definitely not half half it was 3/4 brownie and 1/4 blondie. Very sickly and nothing special at all. The mystery box was a rubbish mix and most were hard and very sickly. I’ve had better cakes from Aldi. Definitely well over priced for the quality and quantity and honestly don’t even taste nice. I've ordered a few boxes and had no issues, however i recently ordered the 9 slice, when it came only 3 came and no nutritional information, when I requested a refund they said there's no way that's accurate, so they accused me of lying without investigating, they also sent "proof" that I was lying, the proof didn't show anything about my order and it was clearly taken on the day of my refund request because it was live on tiktok and a different person was packing orders.

I have ordered brownies and blondies from Ridiculously Rich by Alana over the past 12 months through their TikTok shop on their LIVE and also via their website for a relation in UK. I've ordered their whole trays of a particular brownie in the core range, namely Malteser Tiffin which is a 10/10 product. I've also ordered their Mixed Mystery plus note option where you can virtually build your own box of brownie, blondies, tiffins, rocky roads etc out of of their range. The products my relation has tried have all been first class products. You certainly get excellent quality and taste with RR. I've ordered from other brownie makers on TT shops but these ones really are superior with good size, excellent taste, variety of flavours and the cost per brownie/blondie in comparison is much lower than other sellers on TT. They freeze well too which works well for ordering from overseas.

I just hope RR brings back one of the weekly special flavours, the Pina Colada blondie, it was out of this world.

The cakes arrived in a timely manner although 1 or 2 cakes arrived squashed but nothing major, they taste delicious, but too much sweetness intake for me, personally I regret purchasing them to be honest, now just been selling them on trying to get rid of as you can expect a big increase in your sugar levels with this. People may say you cannot get diabetes by one piece of cake maybe so, but it's still alot. So you have been advised purchase wisely. Plus you may get a sickling feeling after eating one, as maybe too much to handle from 1 peice of cake. I think maybe if they wanted to improve this they should take on healthier options, am sure that would be a challenge and a half.

Poor customer service got sent one box of brownies after ordering two and now I am being refused a refund or replacement so now I am losing £18 for nothing I wouldn't even mind them offering to replace them but their doing nothing thanks 👍

Have ordered a few brownies from Ridiculously Rich by Alana, always delicious! Always received quick postage.
