I'll start by saying I did have a good experience with Rich's PSX Parts years ago. That's why I went back to shop again. Most recently I tried ordering a part and it never showed up. I sent emails numerous times to the address on the website, the address associated with his Paypal account, and through the website's customer service form and none of them received a response. Ultimately I had to work with Paypal directly in order to force a chargeback and get a refund when they were unable to contact the seller. I have never received any reply from Rich's ever since. Because of this experience I cannot recommend shopping on this website.

Total scam !! Made an order 1 month ago, it still says that order is pending review. Sent several emails to request clarifications, no answer. Contacted the seller through ebay, still no answer.
Stay away from this website.

Ordered a replacement laser for my XBox 360. Shipping was slow. When I finally received the part it was junk. I ordered the same item through another reputable seller and my Xbox 360 was up and working in no time.

NO RESPONSE, NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL REGARDING MY RETURN. I DIDN'T WASTE TIME. MAILED IT BACK TO HIM AND DID A CHARGEBACK. Unscrupulous seller probably just sitting in a chair playing video games all day long.

Do not order from this site. I repeat - DO NOT ORDER. Seller is unresponsive. He is either dead or don't care. Or maybe both? I ordered the simplest thing - battery lid covers for Nintendo's Wii remote on Dec 8. Of course - he charged instantly.

Five days later my order hasn't been shipped. I tried contacting him - through THREE different e-mails and on the phone. He did not respond.

One week later I issued a claim through Pay Pal and got my money back on Dec 25.

Can't believe these buffoons are still in business. Ordered some PS2 parts from them a very long time ago, back when PS2 was still a popular gaming system. They never shipped the parts for over a month and repeatedly lied about it. After I finally got a chargeback from my credit card issuer they tried to scam my banking details from them in a pathetic attempt at identity theft. worse than worthless, avoid as you can bet better product elsewhere.
