We got rescued by Ben. Friendly chap, good humour. Bit of a squeaky truck 🤪

Although i only waited 6 hours, so reading other views that seems lucky, im actually really annoyed with the lies this company gave. After the AA man telling me it probably be an hour. I received my first call from this company 50 minutes later to say they only just received the job will be 2 hours as they were extremely busy. Fine. Call after 2 hours will be another 60 to 90 minutes call again you are the next job. Call again he be 15 minutes. Didn't care we were a female with 2 children stranded in the dark. When driver finally turns up 6 hours later he drove at breakneck speed to dump us at destination on way he informs me he picked me over another poor man as he didn't want me waiting in the dark. Do they only have one driver??? Felt like it.

Me and my husband were picked up from a service station an hour out of York as our window screen wipers motor had burnt out. The driver was brilliant very professional at all times. He drive us all the way to Newquay in Cornwall. He was very friendly and made our journey more rnjoysbke

Great recovery service. Sebastian made whole process calm and smoothly. Very helpful and pleasant guy. Great to see someone who enjoys there job and is professional.

Subcontracted by the AA, told me it would be 90 minutes to get to me. Took 4 hours to arrive having continually lied to me about how far away the driver was, Office staff were rude and unhelpful and driver was more interested in getting payment than anything else. Terrible company,terrible service.

I would thoroughly recommend this recovery service from Richford motor services Ltd and very much good luck among thee other operative's but if you get Stephen Brown his recovery help and customer services is full marks he's such a lovely man who can make a harrowing circumstances into a calm nice circumstances by how he is full marks to Stephen Brown and Richford motor services Ltd

Sub contracted through RAC. Absolutely horrendous. Keeps lying about the time.

Reported an incident via green flag at 3 45pm. Told that this company would contact through text message and did giving us an ETA of 5.30 pm which want great as arrangements had to be cancelled. Then got a phone call to say it would be 7.30pm? No explanation apart from them suddenly becoming busy within the space of a few minutes. They eventually arrived at 8.51pm but no word from the company about the delay, over five hours since report and said they couldn't fix it. Green flag will be informed and i will request an explanation for the whole sorry story. If you are told that any recovery firm are using these people, you should refuse to accept them and ask for someone else to attend. They clearly accept too many jobs but have no capacity to carry out their commitments.

Massive thanks to Kieran C for the super helpful, friendly and speedy service. Also spotted a problem that 2 major services at Halfords missed. Absolute legend, belongs at SpaceX 🤙

The wait time was rediculous, originally booked in at 5pm then told it would be 9 then went to 10.30 then 11 and eventually just after midnight Dave from Cossall (Ilkeston) arrived and nothing was too much for him. He rescued what would have been 2/3 stars and made it into a 5 star review. He reassured me and even though mine was an awkward job to say the least he did it in style. Put me in the warm cab to recover from the freezing conditions while he worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. Many thanks Dave and to anyone who has him he’s a good guy and you are in capable hands

This work was subcontracted by the RAC. We provided Richford Motor Services with all necessary details for a vehicle recovery, including exact location (what3words), business hours, and clear instructions. Despite this, it took nearly three days for the vehicle to be collected.

They repeatedly ignored instructions, provided no updates, and were extremely rude over the phone, trying to blame everyone else instead of taking responsibility. The delays caused serious disruption and financial loss to our business. Do not accept subcontracted work if you cannot complete it on time. Completely unprofessional I will never use or recommend them.

What can I say apart from amazing 🤩
RAC took 6hrs to decide they couldn't get to me by this ime in was 11pm.
They passed the job over to Richford Motor Services and within 30 mins they were with me.

I was passed to this company through green flag, following a breakdown. They didn't arrive when they said, and when I contacted them they said they might not even be able to pick me up. Clearly they take bookings from green flag they can't fulfil. I went back through green flag who sent Roy's autos, who were there in an hour. I could have been home 4 hours earlier if this company hadn't high jacked my breakdown

Called at 6pm as hire car broke down, everyone we called to ask where they were they were “delayed” this went on for over 6 hours.
politeness of staff varies depending on who you get, would not recommend this company at all - poor communication and service 6 hour wait is ridiculous.

Amazing service in a stressful situation.

Dave - our mechanic / driver was fantastic, recovering us from Lincolnshire to our repair point.

Put us at ease with the situation and was friendly and professional throughout.
