A good price for the Hisense tv and stand and excellent service from James who installed it

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They spent time discussing our choices and suggested options. We are very pleased with our purchases which we made in store and were then delivered by lunchtime the next day.

Sonos had offers on, plus a 2 year warranty. I rang Richer Sounds up and not only did Joe match the Sonos offer he discounted it a bit more too, plus I got a 6 year warranty on the sonos speakers I got from Richer Sounds in York🙂

Richer Sounds always delivers on service and choice. They also really know their stuff when it comes to AV tech. If a product is available elsewhere for a few quid less, I'll still go with RS.

Ordered over phone at York store, was provided relevant info regarding specs before purchase by Sean. Ready for colletion as promised. Very happy.

Staff were great as usual but the tv was delivered 24 hours later than booked. Waited in all day wasted a day and then had to cancel and they re arrange the installer who could only fit in the installation in eight days time.

Excellent customer service. We needed a replacement for our radio/cd player. Richer Sounds had a product we liked the look of, at a reasonable price. On speaking to the York branch, the sales assistant said the item wasn't in stock at the branch but they could get one delivered to us. It arrived within 24 hours and we are delighted with it and the service we received.

Great service, ordered over the phone and spoke to Kevin in the York branch. Very happy to help and completed the purchase after a little difficulty with the payment going through. Ordered on a Tuesday, delivered by Thursday. A****

Superb tv (LG Qned), price and delivery were great. Only issue was with the York branch, who advised me that they had an example of the tv in store for me to view prior to purchase, but having made a special 80+ mile round trip it turned out that they only had a previous years lower spec model on display. Disappointing from a service perspective but took a punt by buying the tv online without seeing it first and have to say it is all I hoped for, so apart from a wasted journey, no real harm done.
