Great customer service
We ordered a television online for our son for Christmas, unfortunately the TV had a black line right through the middle of the screen. I contacted richer sounds on boxing day and they were great, they offered a free collection and replacement, we asked if we could just go and swap it at our local store rather than wait in for the courier, this was fine by them. The guys in the York store were really helpful and friendly great customer service.

Plenty of choice and great prices
The whole process was very quick. The website was easy to view, the TV I wanted was in stock and with the VIP membership , the price was excellent. Delivery was quick and efficient.

Richer Sounds York - TOP TEAM
I have used my local Richer Sounds Hanley for many years and have always received first clsss customer service and customer support.
This was also the case when using the York branch recently. Joe and Kevin were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Responding to my emails and my calls. Also getting my Ansell & Kern SR35 to me within 2 days. So a big thank you.
