Richer Sounds - Tunbridge Wells Anmeldelser

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, firstly they price match so why would anyone, but also because the expertise from Joe and the team are incredible.

The two guys were very helpful, and I had the item
delivered the following Morning
Can't do mych better than that.

Patient, well informed and friendly engaging staff. That’s all one can ask.

Happy to recommend the Tunbridge wells store, based on all my experiences there.

Very helpful staff member who gave good advice. The tv we have bought is perfect for its location. What I like about Richer Sounds is that they will always try and match you with the right product which quite often is not the most expensive. Brilliant company

Very friendly staff and really helpful at putting together a great package

Its always good buying from Richer Sounds. Joseph has great product knowledge and sorted out a good deal,

Great customer service and helped a lot with our enquiries! Was looking around for months for the best deal & found it here!

Knowledgeable and helpful advice in the Tunbridge Wells store.
We made our purchase in the week of Black Friday and were told that if the prices of our TV and soundbar dropped further on Black Friday, we would be refunded the difference. This then happened and the Richer sounds team did not hesitate to make arrangements for the refund. I guess this should not be a surprise but I was half expecting there to be a small print reason why this would not happen - so many thanks to the Richer Sounds team.

Superb helpful and friendly service

Although still finishing up something the assistant acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and said he’d be with us shortly, a refreshing change to the lack of acknowledgement received in most places. Really helpful and actually connected the song I wanted to hear through the speaker. I decided to buy the speaker and was told there was a few days delivery lead in, which wasn’t a problem as it was my Christmas present. As it turned out there was one in stock which we left with. Great customer service

Friendly and knowledgeable staff made our visit to the store an enjoyable one.

Knowledgeable staff outstanding

Really helpful and honest staff. I will definitely be back

The staff in the Tunbridge Wells shop were fantastic on both my visits. Knowledgeable and helpful, giving great advice to a novice in the hifi world without once being condescending or trying to sell me something I didn't need. A delivery issue was also sorted out really quickly.

The purchase process was very quick and next day free delivery to my local store exceptional.
As usual in store service and experience was fabulous - this is the same no matter how much you are spending or even just after advice.
What can I say about the turntable, it’s amazing with clear quality, good build quality and came with a 6yr warranty.

Speed of service and helpfulness.

Useful, helpful advice without being pushy.

A great service given with a wealth of knowledge & sound advice from the sales team.My purchase was delivered the next day (2 man delivery)with the reassurance of the ‘Richer Sounds’ extended warranty provided within the price.
A personalised sales service!
Thank you
