Richer Sounds - Swiss Cottage Anmeldelser

Very friendly, honest and professional service. I very much enjoyed my experience of buying hi-fi at Richer Sounds. Will shop there again in future.

The sales advise was spot on and the installation perfect.

Very quick service hassle free ordered on Sunday and picked it up on Tuesday. Communication with richer sounds is great with phone calls all the way through the process even a call a week later to see how I was getting on with my new equipment.

The headphones are not the best design. They are always falling out of the ear. The sound is also not great in comparison with other brands priced at same price such as Nothing Ear Plugs.

Great service and great after sales service.

Shop is convenient to me and assistant Oli was able to get my product from the last branch that had one! Phoned me on 30 December when it arrived in store.
Hope they stay local!

Exceptionally helpful as always, the salesman was knowledgeable and well informed and able to answer questions, delivery was organised for the following day and the delivery company was very good, punctual, and the whole purchasing experience was faultless

Didn't know what speakers to get to go with the new sound system that I had ordered. They set up a demo for me to listen to different speakers. Helped me with good expertise and suggestions. Very valuable in helping me make the right choices.

A warm welcome and knowledgeable staff. Competative prices. Staff member Omar, big shouts and thanks.

Very good experience and the guy look after me I think he’s name was Andre’ was an absolute legend.

Easy to order, arrived promptly and the staff at your Swiss Cottage branch were really friendly when I picked up my item

Friendly, helpful & honest support from customer services + next day delivery. All round great experience.

Found the ityem I wanted at an excellent proce and then did everything possible to resilve matters when delivery went wrong

The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, shopping at Richer Sounds is dangerously enjoyable.

Found the item I wanted, in stock, and at a good price. 6 year guarantee also included. Was easily able to reserve a day to pickup which suited me.

Very pleased with the helpful service which I received at the Swiss Cottage branch, when buying a new turntable.

Grateful to Oli and Phillip for their outstanding customer support. We bought a projector based on wrong measurements, and they were fantastic in helping us find an alternative and making the exchange very smooth. We've been shopping at Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage for 12+ years for their great customer service!

Although a quiet store, the manager listened to my needs, knowledgeable about products, able to provide relevant information, so I could make a decision that im very happy with and sounds great. They even did a price comparison and offered the same equipment id seen elsewhere at a cheaper price! 👍
