A First-Class Buying Experience
I had an outstanding experience with Richer Sounds in Swiss Cottage when purchasing a turntable and WiiM streamer. Oli was knowledgeable, responsive, and very easy to deal with throughout the process. He provided clear advice and helpful technical support at every stage, and his sense of humour made the experience even more enjoyable! Excellent customer service from a longstanding local retailer that I would recommend without hesitation.

Very Disappointed
I took your salesman's advice without conducting a listening test and purchased the recommended Amplifier (Denon AVR X2800H). The self-calibrating system to balance the speakers - plain didn't work although I eventually managed to balance the system manually. When Richer Sounds heard of my dissatisfaction they were VERY SUPPORTVE, even sending the shop manager to my home to advise. They offered me free exchange or a full refund but it wasn't necessary because the system was by then satisfactory. Thank you RICHER SOUNDS

I was genuinely sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the purchase of your new amplifier. particularly after taking advice from our team. We would always do our best recommend the most suitable product based on a customer’s requirements, so it’s disappointing to hear that this hasn’t met your expectations.
Indeed, it sounds like something didn't go quite as it should here with the auto calibration, which can potentially be affected by a number of factors, however I understand the branch have since arranged a home visit to help understand the issues and am pleased to be able to say the situation is now resolved to your satisfaction.
Of course if I can be of any more help in the meantime do let me know, hopefully you will believe from the 98% of positive Trustpilot reviews that these kind of issues are a very rare occurrence and ones we will always attempt to put right.

First (and last) place to visit
Bought a pair of Dali Sonik 7 speakers - amazing. Felip was incredibly helpful. I have kitted out most of my AV from Richer Sounds, Swiss Cottage. Omar is also excellent. Well done!
