I purchased a TV over the phone and was served by John, who was extremely helpful, polite, and professional. He put the customer first throughout, clearly explained everything, and even arranged a swap when a product was sent in error. Decided to buy a new turntable and resurrect my vinyl collection. Went into the Reigate store and met Oli. Top service from a really nice and knowledgeable guy. He listened to what I actually wanted and needed and spent time offering me several options. No hard sell, just a genuine desire to make sure I got the right product. Cannot rate Oli and the store highly enough.

I wanted an item fairly quickly but the local Richer Sounds did not have it in store so I emailed all the branches that I could drive to and I'm pleased to say every one responded quickly. All the shops offered home delivery but this could have been up to five days. So I recontacted to my branch who said they could get it in store in two or three days whilst processing the order by phone they reailsed they could get it to quicker by delivering it direct and I received the item the next day. Excellent service.

I was looking to upgrade my hi-Fi system and not fully understanding the advancements of systems these days I thought I would go with Richer Sounds they seem to know everything about these systems and have been for quite a number of years.
And I was not disappointed.
I was greeted by Richard of the Reigate branch for an in store demonstration of the products I had chosen but he also added a similar product. After some advice and guidance from Richard he left me to enjoy and get familiar with the products I had chosen. The turntable was a lot simpler and more stylish than my original idea and the all in one mini hi Fi system is very impressive.
I’m glad I booked the demonstration because it really helped me choose the right products for my needs.
This is one idea that Richer Sounds has ( I think ), above anyone else.
So thank you Richard for the guidance and expert advice and thank you Richer Sounds for providing some top quality products so I can enjoy my music more.
