Great service, very helpful, answering my questions - even though I’d only popped in to collect an online order nothing seemed like a bother. Unlike so many stores in the same sector.

I needed some advice on which speaker cable to use to connect a new subwoofer. Called the Norwich store and they were incredibly helpful. They only had one of that particular cable in the shop so they offered to reserve it for me until I could get there.

I've had great service in the Norwich shop before and would always highly recommend them.

Have recently bought a 55 inch Panasonic OLED TV (55Z80AEY). There were only 3 left of this particular model and all were located in various stores. Arranged to buy and collect one from the Norwich branch. John ensured TV was well packed and helped me load TV into my car. Richer Sounds staff are brilliant and very efficient. Even though this was a store model it still came with the 6 year warranty. This TV gives a superb detailed, clear image and has very good sound too.

The Norwich team were all very friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy. Have been back a few times. Have now got Denon set up and Wharfdale Speakers. Very happy with the service provided,and even happier with the amazing sound.
