Great experience with brilliant help from Roger. Knowledgeable guy. Goods arrived super quick . Bought on Saturday,arrived Monday. Very happy with my purchase of Turntable and Active speakers.

We went in browsing for a WiFi speaker for the house not intending to make a purchase on the day but we were so impressed with the advice, knowledge and sound of our chosen speaker that we were happy to make our purchase without going away and thinking about it further. Used their website/deal request form to describe what I wanted and they came back really quickly with good deal offering what I wanted. Equipment delivered within 3 days and installation also quick. Whole experience fantastic. Esp pleased to have a UK manufactured TV! Hadn't realised we made one 😍

Ordered a new TV in the Norwich store which was delivered a few days later. Unfortunately it was faulty and Seb at Richer Sounds was so helpful in getting a replacement within 2 days. Fantastic customer service. Thank you Seb and everyone else in the Norwich store.

I purchased a Samsung 50" TV before Christmas and it kept losing stored channels ever night or sometimes two or three nights. i contacted Samsung and they were useless.

I contacted Matt at Richer Sounds and we tried a few things but no change. Matt then said that he would drive a new TV down from Norwich to Nr. Ipswich and do an exchange. To be fair this had been going on for over a month but that was mainly due to myself expecting a fix from Samsung.

New TV delivered and worked straight away. Lessons learned - I won't buy Samsung ever again. But the positive I WOULD ONLY NOW BUY FROM MATT AT RICHER SOUNDS - what friendly, customer-centric service and with a smile - customer first and such a rare thing in today's consumer electronics world.

Went in to get some advice and got a great deal of advice, ordered a system a a delivery date , the system was delivered a day early , built the system that afternoon and have been enjoying it ever since, become a member before go , easy to do and worth doing. Thanks guys

Absolutely fantastic customer service recently went in to my local store very helpful with a query I had . Not really sure what TV was looking for chatted to a very knowledgeable colleague and he helped us to decide what was a decent TV for us. Still not convinced what we really wanted went to John Lewis the assistant we spoke to there had no knowledge of the difference between led qned oled and other types of TV not really any help or knowledge of what he was selling so went back to richer sounds and purchased from them very helpful and free delivery.great service and prompt delivery thank you Matthew.
