Richer Sounds staff are always very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I prefer to actually see the products I want to buy before I buy them and I can do that by going into their excellent store.

Felt a valued customer. I asked to test a few speakers to their FULL potential and it wasn't and issue. Definitely helped me part with my money as I was initially, only looking!!
They didn't have the item i wanted in stock but got it ordered and to my delight, it arrived a day earlier than promised.

Sales person was quite knowledgeable about the product and very personable to deal with. However, there was limited choice of our preferred sizes (32” or 40-43”) of tv, and no mention of any clearance items which were only notified by email to us later. I don’t recall seeing any of these on the website before visiting the shop.

We bought a 43” Cello QLED Web OS tv which came with a useful 7 year extended guarantee. TV was a little frustrating to set up initially until I found that I needed to install a software update, following which setup was reasonably straightforward.

Quite happy with purchase so far and, as always, Richer Sounds is a pleasant and reliable place to shop.

Always deal with this shop, I get good service and advice. This is my first port of call.staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble.

I had a lot of help from Ben at the Maidstone store.
He gave me some great advise but at the time the to I wanted had sold out.
So I rang him again when I was in a position to buy a tv
He gave me a quote and went to the store and bought the tv he recommended at a great price
