Richer sounds is a shop I trust.
Years ago I bought an Onkyo amp, surround sound speakers, bookshelf speakers and a BluRay player from you guys. And they all still work.
Now, it became time to replace an over 30 year old CD player, so it was an easy question of where I would go.
Your staff member (Dan) knew his CD players, and it was easy and straightforward to get one that sounds brilliant in my living room.
The service is always excellent.

This company is the best electronics retailer in London. The stores may be small, but Richer Sounds gets most click-and-collect orders to you in a day, and with excellent customer service. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Was looking to buy a soundbar to replace my rather large yamaha amp, speakers ,and cables but wanted one with DTS and Dolby Atmos and great wireless rears. Eventually opted for the Samsung HW-Q990F. Peter at the Holborn branch was very helpful with his advice and thoughts. Very pleased so far with it. I knew it wound not compete with my previous setup, but was pretty much blown away with the DTS and Atmos. Glad to be free of all my cables. Great base and Subwoofer. Was even impressed with the audio seperation as I wasn't expecting to.

Only complaint is the display is tricky to read - the app is easier to navigate as the remote is tiny and a bit of a fiddle.

So this was a great buying experience. I went in with a simple brief for dual speakers and a budget Without the education and advice I would have bought Sonos, but they explained Denon to me (and its good Apple Home Play link); I had a listen in the sound room, and went home happy.

Kind, helpful. considerate I felt a genuine sense of having the customer's best interests at heart.

I was immediately provided with helpful, constructive, friendly and courteous service.
My inquiry was met with competence and efficiency and I ended up with exactly the product that I had sought and in respect of which I had had no success. Beats ‘online’ shopping hands down

Terrific advice and help from a cheerful team who listened to my story and my needs and advised across a spectrum so that I could choose. Helped me achieve fabulous sound on a medium budget. I am extremely pleased with my purchase but also with the support I had while agonizing!
And none of this conducted online! Face to face discussions and patience despite a shop full of people.
I was directed to them by a professional in the field and thus felt the nervousness an amateur. Not an issue!

Bought my TV and speaker setup with Elliot who was incredibly helpful. Really happy with my purchase and as always Richer Sounds is my go to and I'll be coming back for any other purchases in the future.

Returning to Richer I have been shopping with them for over 20 years the never disappoint, service over all these years has been superb

Can’t say it was particularly GREAT. I said what I wanted (a CD deck). A number of alternatives were shown to me OnLine and I chose one of them. RS didn’t have it in stock so I had to wait a few days for delivery.
The one problem with the product I received is that it didn’t have the curved top edge shown in the OnLine photograph I was shown but life is too short to pursue a quibble.
This note is not meant as a serious criticism.

I had great help from the staff in helping me find the best setup I could for my budget. The kit arrived as expected on the agreed date and I’m delighted with the end result.
