Richer Sounds - Chelsea Anmeldelser 

The delivery was first class. The product has been troublesome. I have not yet to be able to connect the sound system to the TV. The TV's program menu system scrambles itself into random configurations.
So far I am not happy with the products.

Someone from Richer Sounds called me over the following weeks and made suggestions to fix the problems. It was over the Internet that I got most help, Richer sounds gave me a box, in the last few days(8th October), to help with the remaining problem and that works. I have give them another star for their very recent cutomer service.

When i phoned the shop they were very helpful i could understand everything the were saying and it was very different from what i have experienced from other retailers over the past few years ie.talking to human being i can't be more satisfied

All as advertised and delivered on time. Very pleased.

The sales assistant in your Chelsea store was v.helpful. Her name is Liv.
I am very much a Luddite when it comes to any tech. Liv took time to explain as much as I was able to understand what a new TV would offer (our previous TV was bought in same store 16 years ago!). Liv arranged for delivery the next day and it did indeed arrive!
We are finding the remote challenging to get our heads around - but we will learn!!

Really impressed with Richer Sounds and would highly recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of the service that Richer Sounds provides. From their knowledge and advice prior to purchase, and subsequent customer service even 2 years after I purchased the equipment. With additional equipment added, this proved challenging for the amp set up, and had to provide home visits on a couple of occasions. I cannot thank Josh from Chelsea enough for his time spent sorting out my system and now all working perfectly!

Very helpful comms with the team at RS Chelsea and a good deal struck. Only slight worry was the delivery firm - I twice confirmed that they would remove the packaging but they still had it noted that they wouldn't. And the delivery guys took an age to put the TV on its stand - I could have done it in seconds! But that's not RS's fault - their service was perfect.

Only popped in for a quick purchase and it was great chatting to Joshua and he was really knowledgeable, made sure my VIP discount was applied, delivery was very quick and we've been enjoying the turntable ever since.

Very nice experience. Very prompt response. Very nice staff got me an unbelievable deal on Audiolab 6000n. Miss Liz was more than kind to help.

Brilliant services

When I bought a new CD player and speakers I received excellent advice on war would work well for my wife and me. I also bought 7 meters of which was too short. I brought it back and replaced it with 9 meters. I was only charged for the 2 additional meters.

Very helpful & knowledgeable.
Made it very easy for me to decide which TV to by with no pressure, sending me a quote so that I can decide at my leisure.
I would recommend them for any audio/ video devices as they know what they are selling and even help by asking what criteria yo are wanting and don’t try and sell more expensive items.

I have been purchasing Hfi and accessories from Richer Sounds since I 1st discovered them in 1994, I have bought from their Branches in Dublin, Cambridge, Birmingham, Norwich and most recently Chelsea, also had some after sales help from Solihul Branch. Only once did I have an unpleasant experience and Julian Richer himself wrote to me to resolve it. Otherwise I have nothing but high praise for the company, always friendly helpful staff who do not pressure sell. Most recently Loïc and Liv at the Chelsea branch gave great service in helping me purchase new gear. 100 % hearth felt thanks. I’m pleased to say I will continue to use them and I’m having a great time spinning vinyl

Got good advice on projectors from the Fulham Rd store, though I ended up buying a different model. Bought it online and it arrived promptly.
