Tom, the salesperson I spoke to, couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable about the options I was exploring.

I was recommended Richer Sounds as a place to get good hi-fi separates. The staff were amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful. They guided me towards a turntable, which was delivered today. Fabulous quality, stylish piece of kit. If you are considering buying electrical gear, these are your people!

Great experience from Cambridge Branch, everybody most helpful. Olivia in particular was exceptional in sorting queries, giving good advice and arranging delivery.
