Expensive mistake
Sent back an order for two Ayrton Senna shirts (size L) without “approval”. I paid necessary customs fees upon posting with USPS as required. I reordered the same shirts in a larger size and received them.
On July 10, I received an email from saying the representative received a letter from PostNL stating that a package was returned to him by ME but he had to pay import/customs clearance fees. This makes NO sense because I was not permitted to mail the package from the US without paying the required customs fees.
On August 10, I made yet another inquiry. I received a conflicting response to the July 10 correspondence that indicated my return package was NOT received.
I no longer possess the receipt for the package and USPS cannot trace it. I have spent a great deal of money, time and aggravation on four Ayrton Senna t-shirts and possess two. It is my hope someone can explain how a package can be received one month but not received the next.
