They pick and choose what reviews to put up. I had a terrible experience with lostrockstar.co.uk left a one star review with a legitimate reason. It got taken off after 3 days.

It's clear to me that this isn't a genuine review site. They seem to let companies stop customers posting reviews..... not very helpful. I posted a review which was verified but never appeared on their site.
I would welcome the chance to speak to reviews.co.uk about this however I have emailed twice and not received a response.

Offers "closed" platform to companies. Essentially enabling them to close to new reviews once they get a rating they like. I was personally told I have to send in proof of purchase and it's a gift website. Hardly going to tell my sister her present was rubbish pls send me the email receipt!
I was told by their staff it's to avoid competitors leaving bad reviews but you can make your own mind up on that.

Please be aware that I have just been politely asked by trustpilot to edit and remove lots of my review due to the website claims of defamatory statements so I have obliged. Trustpilot seem great and I can see why they need to do that, no problem. This action should however enable you to make your own mind up regarding this company.
A review company stopping people from reviewing them - pretty funny really!!!

Wrote a review, clicked publish, then I got an email to verify the review. At this point I decided I didnt want to publish it, so never verified it. It got published anyway. Therefore I went to try and edit it and delete it - no option exists, so I emailed them to remove it via the report option - Still there after a week. Most review sites let you edit your review and remove it. This one does not. DO NOT USE!

I was going to submit a review of a product I'd purchased from one of my suppliers. They linked me to reviews.co.uk to perform the review. I was about to submit a review when I decided to read the Terms and Conditions of Reviews.co.uk. Some of those T&Cs are very onerous considering they expect you to provide a review free of charge. I'll not be using them in future.

We found when we went into the portrack scs ash was quick to be very helpful and was on hand for any queries we had and also helped us make our decision of which sofa we wanted

Visited the Dearne Valley Store and was greeted by friendly staff. I was looking for a reclining chair and one of the sales agents, Simon, was most accommodating. He pointed out each and every chair that would be appropriate and gave information on each chair as to their character. i.e materials available, their operation etc.
He even brought my wife and i, tea and coffee whilst we made up our minds which chair to purchase.
Excellent store, excellent staff, excellent products. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service by Wayne at SCS Dearve valley. He was very helpful and when looking for s suite and chair he showed us the best options for our budget and also got us a further discount on delivery and cleaning kit. Customer service also contacted the same day (Ellie) to arrange delivery date. Service to date excellent.

Shaun Smith the manager was very helpful in helping me with the sofas that l picked to have in my home. I would recommend my friends to this store. Thanks once again for your kind help Shaun Smith.

I called into scs today at Swansea store and was served by Annette and handed over to Gemma moss for completion. The whole service was efficient and smooth. No complications and Annette was thoroughly helpful. Very well done to the persons involved.

Just bought a sofa from AJ in the Wakefield store, excellent sales man good advise, roll on delivery in 6 weeks :) thank you SCS

I did only the MOT... not any major service...cheap and fast

we went into dearness valley scs and was greeted by Sara who helped in every way possible, we got the sofa we wanted and the whole process was excellent .

We got what we wanted. Paul Evans, the sales person was extremely helpful

I went into ScS Wakefield to take a look around, but the wonderful help and advice I received from Roger (plus the cup of coffee from Simon), persuaded me to purchase what I needed there and then. I'm not only delighted with my new sofa, reclining chair and coffee table, but also I would recommend ScS to all my family and friends. In fact, when I went into work the following day, one of my work colleagues had just had her three piece suite delivered from ScS and was beaming with joy. So, great minds think alike, I reckon.

good good good. They gave me a £5 voucher after rating the website I recently purchased from.

I would like to thank Gareth in Dartford (SCS) for all his help to choose a suit, let me take my time and did not rush me, got the right colour and suit I wanted.

Great service so far from Reviews.co.uk even despite some issues caused by me they helped me fix it and everything working great despite [external references] aggressive phone call to me slating them and saying we should only pick them even though they are quadruple the price just to collect some reviews and not do any actual work each month..
