Interesting how a negative review seems to suddenly prompt a flood of positive ones. Coincidence? Hardly. I'm in the process of getting a refund from the bank for the £13.95 I paid for a Ceefax mousemat ordered in July 2024. Like others I received an order acknowledgement, then radio silence for weeks. Out of the blue, an e-mail arrived telling me the item had been despatched. Surprise surprise, nothing ever came, despite several chaser e-mails from me. I assume this company is known to Trading Standards...

Their products are very well-designed. I placed an order in 2020 which was delivered, of very good quality, and good value for money.

However I recently (late September) placed another order, and received an order confirmation email. 11 days later I received an email advising that my order had been dispatched and should be delivered within 10 working days. It's now over a month since my order was dispatched, and it still hasn't arrived. After the 10 working days elapsed, I sent three separate emails asking for information about my missing order. Despite claiming to aim to respond to messages within 24 working hours, it is nearly three weeks since I sent my first email, and I have received no response (and yes, I have checked my spam folder).

So they're happy to take your money, but of absolutely no use as soon as something goes wrong.
As a further example of their ineptitude, they sent me an email asking to review them, despite the fact that they have received three emails from me chasing a missing order, and have replied to none of them.

Ordered a Ceefax Mug in August 2024. Never arrived. They’ve ignored all of my subsequent emails since then, forcing me to report the company and the transaction to my bank. Sending daily marketing emails and begging for reviews but ignoring customers who haven’t received their orders is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful.
