Bizarre and not doing yourself any favours!
My poster arrived and it’s lovely.
I am sure you could find some way of making your business work so people get updates and delivery dates and you reply.

I ordered a mug as a Christmas present.
I accept mistakes happen and the wrong item arrived.
I have e mailed three times with a copy of my original order and a photo of the offending item but have had zero response.
Nit a great way to treat a customer.

Saw the other reviews but in my case no issues. Ceefax mug with Scotland going to World cup. Arrived 4 working days after I ordered it. As promised. It's lovely and my husband is thrilled with it.

Brutal quality and a wrong item sent out.
Emailed them numerous times and never received 1 single reply to address these issues…AVOID AVOID AVOID

Received a damaged product and I was completely ignored by the company when I emailed. No phone number on the website so can't call them. Really disappointed as it was a Christmas present and they sent me a scarf with a hole in it!! Don't ever use this company.

Incorrect item sent, I have emailed three times and haven’t even had as much as acknowledgement, £17 for a mug is overpriced and I wasn’t expecting this level of crap service for an expensive mug! Don’t use this company!

Have ordered a football scarf on 29/12/2025 and payment processed 31/12/2025. Apart from acknowledgment of order, I have heard nothing since then and no scarf !

I ordered an item and was told it was dispatched on the 22nd December. I wasn't expecting a quick delivery over the busiest delivery period of the year but my item still hasn't arrived and I have had no reply to my emails or Facebook message enquiry. I wish I had read the reviews on here first.
I didn't say want to have to leave a bad review but as it seems to be the only way some people are getting replies, here we are.
I would appreciate if someone could contact me about my item.

I'm assuming this has shut down?... I've asked my bank to refund me. Purchase made 17 days ago...not arrived and no response

Ah, Retro Classico I’m kind of upset with you at the moment.
Now I know we all make mistakes once in a while, I know I do !
But, you know what I sort them out, I don’t ignore customers or bury my head in the sand
So here in lies the issue
I placed an order and it took forever to arrive, but hey, the Post Office can be ** so I’ll let that one slide
BUT… my order was for two items and I only got one
Again, ** happens, mistakes happen, things get put in the wrong parcels, that’s part of life.
BUT… when a customer reaches out not once, not twice but three times and gets no response he begins to think…
Is everything OK at Retro Clasico ? Do you need a hug ?

I ordered four posters and was a little anxious as they took a long time to arrive! i received an email saying they'd been dispatched but, ten days later, they still hadn't arrived. However, they finally turned up yesterday and are of excellent quality, so it was worth the wait!

Received the wrong item and despite immediate responses on the day from. Matt which made me feel much better, a complete radio silence followed. Sent 3 x emails asking when to expect the correct item and despite claims on the website of "replies within one working day", these have not been forthcoming. Still awaiting the correct item, a refund or any kind of contact atall from the company... 3 weeks before Christmas!!!

Oh, sweet irony. Getting an email asking me to give a review, because too many people are giving negative reviews.

Avoid at all costs. Like a large number of people here, my order never arrived. I have emailed repeatedly, and tried to contact the company on Facebook. I have not had any response.

I was going to treat this as a learning experience and move on, but then Retro Classico kindly invited me to share my thoughts.

I am glad some people are getting their orders, but there’s no way to reliably know if you will be lucky or not.

just putting my order number here (#282724) in case Retro Classico are actually checking this site. Bazball T-shirt ordered but still not arrived. Seeing the other reviews on here, I’m doubting I’ll ever actually receive it. Just posting on here in the hope that the company actually engages on here. I’ve sent 5 emails, all with no reply.

I read the trust pilot reviews after I placed an order and then expected the worst. However my order arrived a week later. Exactly what I asked for.

Terrible. Ordered a mug but it came with a printing defect. Requested a non-faulty item to be sent. This eventually arrived, and but with the same problem. Reuqested a refund - no response. Interactions very slow or none at all. Definitely avoid.

Ordered a shirt and mug - shirt arrived mug did not - contacted countless times by email and socials - company blocked me on social - no response or remains item - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Never delivered. Had to reclaim from bank.

Ordered a mobile phone case from this company, item never arrived and despite numerous attempts to contact them through email and social media, didn’t get any reply as to where my order was. Resorted to claiming my money back via my bank
Please avoid!!!!
