I called your customer service department and got the most wonderful employee (I wish I could remember his name). His customer service was impeccable!! He was professional, acted witha sense or urgency and was able to help me find me resumer and cover letter. Predatory Billing & Absurd Refund Math
I’m writing this as a warning: do not trust their "no recurring billing" marketing. It’s a total bait-and-switch designed to catch you off guard.
They lure you in with a 2-week trial for $2.95, explicitly suggesting it’s a one-time thing. It isn’t. Before I knew it, that "trial" morphed into a $23.95 monthly charge.
The "customer service" experience was the final insult. After sitting on hold for 20 minutes just to speak to a human, I was told that a refund—for a charge I caught within 48 hours—would take seven business days to process. To make matters worse, they flat-out refused to return the full amount. Despite charging me $23.95 on February 28th, they claimed they would only refund $11.95.
Apparently, their policy involves keeping half your money for a service you didn't want and tried to cancel immediately. Save your money and your sanity—go with a company that actually has transparent billing practices.
