This class has helped me realise there are several ways to get end goal

Our instructor Ali provided us with tools and resources to help us gain experience and skills to meet our goals and make some deals.

My Honest experience is that this is A COLOSSAL WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY AND TIME! Do not invest any of your money on this program, If you really interested in learning real estate go to meetup.com find a local REIA Group and attend regularly, Find a mentor, go on Biggerpockets.com, connectedinvestor.com, anywhere but here. I am drowning in debt because of these people, I live in Seattle, this is one of the hottest /hardest markets in our country to invest in, they teach you to link up with realtors and put offers on dilapidated REO and Forclosed properties, However their strategy is illegal in WA, You can't assignment Wholesale REO properties( you can do a double closing but good luck getting and offer accepted with their teachings ), and you can't market to forclosed properties according to WA state law unless you are a licensed real estate agent. On top of that, the agents I built relationships with quickly ran after telling me i was wasting their time with these "LOW BALL" offers and refused to continue to work with me ( I used only the formulas Response taught me). They provided me a coaching calls, once a week a 5 am! Nathan Street was my first coach, but he didn't have TIME to take me on as a student (keep in mind i paid this company and incredibly large increment of money for that exact service), SERIOUSLY WORTHLESS. Then Nathan passed me off to Karen Ellsworth, Who was in my humble opinion, The worst coach I have ever encountered in my life, this woman had the audacity to call me and demand i reverse my review of her because she felt it made her look bad at work( the review i gave was accurate and factual,she provided no solutions to my problems, no actionable plan, no strategy, no professionalism, and the specific questions i did have, she would brush off and suggest i call the helpline, which was always busy, and the helpline would suggest i call my coach).They promised to help with plans to mitigated cost of investing in the program (I received no help with that.), They promised a one on one private coaching session that i never received, They promised a hand held experience that would " accelerate my success", promising to help me accomplish "in months what would normally take years", they promised an all inclusive trip to UTAH /or Vegas for their "DEAL LABS", I have not received that, They promised one full year worth of coaching to help me get and stay motivated to pursue my goals, and i was informed that i would not receive any more Coaching (calls) after just a few weeks. Since then I have received only Ads from them). All that aside what these people teach is not viable knowledge to get yourself anywhere in real estate, your better off taking the money you would give them, and using it to perform a your own Rehab, as competitive earnest money deposit to help secure a property or BRRR strategy(Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat) on and investment property. 40-60K is more than enough to use as the 20% down on a hard money acquisition and rehab loan, with 10-15% interest(monthly) and 2 points on the back end, Buy the property, Rehab it (3-6 month project), use property management co to place and manage the tenants and maintenance(usually 10% of Monthly rent), plus mortgage, Insurance, Maintenance, and vacancy costs, even if you break even after that your in a better place than working with these people. They will take your money, offer you a limp unenthusiastic hand and then quit interacting with you all together ( other than to advertise to you about more products you can't afford because your struggling to pay off the debt that they helped put you in.) I can keep rambling about my experience, but that wont change anything for me, Just take my advice and pursue this dream using other avenues, Hell even Fortunebuilders (a 20K investment) is worth more than what these people call a coaching program. JUST RUN, please save yourself the heart ache and stress and pursue other avenues of your real estate dream. Real estate can build massive wealth for you, Just not the way these people teach it.

The deal lab was very informative. The speakers were great. I felt part of the team. It was wonderful to meet our coach Melissa. Also my computer was giving me a hard time getting on line. Spencer and Markie were great to work with

I have been fortunate enough to have the Response team on my side. The additional products/services Response has at their disposal is unquestionably the best in the industry. First class on all accounts and I can't thank Response enough!

T & A Investor Group LLC - We bought into this earlier in 2018. The website is not working now, and when it did work it will only run comps that are over 20 miles away through Deal Desk. Their "secret Software" is total Trash! It does not have an updated list of cash buyers/investors, because my brother was a cash buyer in 2017 and he still does not show up. Most of the homes that are showing when searching foreclosure have already been auctioned. I have found apps that work 100% better than this "secret software" and it doesn't cost tens of thousands to use it.
They charged 3000 to open up almost 10 credit cards for a line of credit that was told to us would be just a few cards. And of course the cards were not all Zero percent interest...
All of these things we were promised to be true and were not, and these promises were in front of hundreds of people.
The 3 day seminar that cost tens of thousands, in Austin TX, was a total waste of time. They went over the same things Doug Clark went over in the 1100 dollar 3 day course in San Antonio.
