Repair My Phone Today Bicester. Repaired my iphone camera issue. Only took 30 minutes, good service.

The Summertown, Oxford shop has a most helpful assistant. I had a problem with the sound on my phone which he sorted out and as it didn’t take too long to identify the issue he kindly refused to take payment.

I took my ipad to them because it would not open and was demanding the factory PW which i did not have, they fixed in five mins. Brilliant !!!

While out of country on vacation, my Samsung phone froze up due to an interrupted update. The Oxford location kindly fixed the issue in a matter of seconds, explaining the issue at no charge. I'm endlessly grateful for their expertise and kindness, which enabled me to safely continue my travels in a foreign city with peace of mind.

They replaced the battery in my S22 about a month ago. Now the phone can't get through a day without needing recharging by early evening. I have no receipt so little chance of resolving the issue.

I had some fluff stuck in my iPhone charger port. Oxford store bossman removed it in a minute. I offered to pay but bossman sorted it for free! Top bloke. Defo recommend this place

I sent my MacBook computer for evaluation and potential repair on July 2023 after water damage. Attendance was mediocre and unclear, but we agreed to leave my computer there to be evaluated for a fee of 50 GBP, to later decide if we should proceed with any potential repair. I was told it would take 2-3 days. It did not. It ended up taking +3 weeks, even though I contacted them every few days and was given vague replies.

After a long wait they finally let me know that the repair would not be possible as it had an integrated M1 board that could not be repaired (would need to be replaced). More than three weeks and endless calls for nothing.

Furthermore, when I took such computer to another repair service (Dec 2024), I was informed that there were missing pieces from the hardware that had been removed by Repair My Phone Today. These included screws and connectors never to be returned. They forcibly removed parts of the motherboard and reattached it haphazardly, damaging the logic board and usb controls, preventing any potential repair. A disaster and a total waste of time, energy and money for my stuff to disappear and be destroyed. Do not trust their services!

They fitted my phone with a new screen as asked, at a price which compared well with other nearby shops. They also repaired the damage caused by a nearby rival shop, charging me only for the broken part.

Mr Singh in Bicester was very helpful, I wanted a new battery in my old iPhone 11 so I could give it to my mum. When switching on the phone and error message came up saying ‘not original part’ worried I called them, they advised I bring the phone back. Then being told they do not use official iPhone batteries, I didn’t ask when I took the phone in originally, I just assumed. Anyway after conversation, I asked that the original battery be put back in and I’d take a refund. Mr Singh was happy to oblige. JUST BE AWARE NOT ORIGINAL PARTS FOR IPHONES.

So I recently broke my iPhone and looking for a store whose services are good and quick for fixing my iPhone, when one of my best friend suggest me repair my phone today because she already uses their services, and when I personally used it, it really so good and quick, they fixed my device within 24 hours, I really love their services.

I ARRANGED FOR MY MOBILE TO BE COLLECTED IN THE EVENING BY RMPT (OXFORD) TO URGENTLY HAVE A NEW BATTERY FITTED PRIOR TO GOING ON HOLIDAY. I SAT IN ALL SATURDAY EVENING WAITING FOR THE TECHNICIAN TO RING AS AGREED ,TO TELL ME THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. THEY DID NOT COME - NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO APOLOGISE. HOW CAN SUCH AN UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY BE TRUSTED ???

Had my Iphone XR display fixed. It then went black a couple of weeks later and I had to have it fixed at Apple for extra cost. The company refused to offer a refund, despite the 'warranty'.

Really friendly staff completed the repair quickly and explained what they were doing which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE!!! I paid £65 for an iPhone 6 screen replacement plus £10 for a tempered glass screen protector. Litterally within 3 hours both had broken. What was worse was I tried speaking to the manager and explaining something was wrong and he dismissed me and wasn’t interested in helping. He claimed it wasn’t their problem despite the fact that I hadn’t made any significant impact on the phone. He accused me of lying and his attitude was rude and confrontational. Save your money, save your time, save your stress - USE A REPUTABLE SERVICE.
