Connor was so helpful ! Very easy to work with and he has helped me so much with my laptop and its apps teaching me the basics of what they can do to help my studies

I recently received software training and found the experience extremely useful and very well delivered. Jayne explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure I understood each stage before moving on.

The training was well structured, easy to follow, and very engaging throughout. I especially appreciated the patience, support, and practical demonstrations, which helped build my confidence using the software.

I left the session with a much better understanding of both applications and feel more comfortable using them independently. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend the training to others.

the software that i had installed was explained extremely well to a pace that i was comfortable, remtek where very flexible with my timings and dates for booking my next sessions. all of my sessions where recorded so that i could watch them back if i forgot something or needed extra help. my trainer was Andy, he constantly asked me questions and gave me time to explore the parts we where working on in case i had any questions, i would highly recommend Remtek and Andy as he is very supportive and helpful.

The software was explained extremely well and Remtek/Umaima were very flexible in booking the sessions. All the sessions were recorded so that I can look back on them when I forget how to use some of the software.
Umaima was my trainer and she constantly asked if I had any questions to make sure I understood everything, she has a very calm and friendly persona. I would highly recommend

I really enjoyed my training with Anthony Edwards. From the start, he made me feel comfortable and supported, which made a big difference to my confidence while learning. He helped me set up and use different computer DSA software, explaining everything clearly and making sure I understood each step before moving on.
Anthony is very friendly, patient, and easy to talk to. He always worked at a pace that suited me and never made me feel rushed. His encouragement really helped, and he has a great way of making things that seem complicated feel much simpler and easier to understand.
What stood out most was how thorough he was, he answered every question clearly and took the time to make sure I felt confident using the software on my own.
Overall, Anthony is an excellent trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you for such a positive experience!

One they receive the access to work grant payment, they stop replying to emails. Its been over a month since since proof of payment was sent to them and despite chasing on a weekly basis I have had no items delivered. Almost £3000 down the drain it seems. Avoid this company at all costs.

Worst company ever. Forced to interact with this company due to DSA. They unfortunately NEVER answer their phone, even capita can’t get through to them on my behalf. They also don’t answer emails or reply to the many messages I have left on their phone. Trying to get my DSA equipment delivered has been a nightmare. Especially as I have been in hospital with my heart condition whilst trying to contact them and the stress is likely not helping my health. For a company supposed to be providing equipment to people with disabilities this is shameful and I will be seeing what options for escalating and making student finance England aware that they should not contract with this company.
The fact their trustpilot is unclaimed says it all really.

I want to share my experience with the Remtek trainer, Chloe Gallagher. She is an excellent trainer, detailed and brilliant! Chloe answered all my questions about the software, Gragon and Genio Notes, with clarity. Aside from her training skills, she's also very computer-savvy and was able to set up my computer effortlessly. I really appreciate that she promised to help out whenever I might be stuck. What an awesome human being she is! Overall, my experience has been incredibly positive!

Remtek have not accommodated or supported me when installing software. They do not answer emails and their ring back service is rubbish! I am really disappointed that the DSA uses them. As a student with learning needs this is so frustrating and disempowering!!!

I have to say these guys were great. The assessment was thorough and in-depth to make sure I got exactly the equipment I needed. Follow was great too. First class all round.

Once they received payment (contribution), ghosted.
No response now the money for contribution to equipment has been made.
Automatic chasing reminders "not too late" to place order have stopped, and so have all comms from staff.

So £250 down, no reply on email, phone....
Thinking this is really scammy.

An approved DSA team support package for hardware and software to help with my daughter's University stay. Remtek is the supplier, training and delivery service for the DSA items. The hardware (lockable fridge) needed to be delivered to the Uni accommodation due to it size, the software needed to be delivered before going to Uni, so it could be installed and familiarised by us due to the communication problems my daughter has. Remtek refused to split the order by time, therefore making the software redundant as my daughter will not install this software on her lap top on her own or allowing an unknown process accessing her laptop. Considering this is a service meant to help people with disabilities, it has just added more problems to an already complicated process.
