Complete fraud.
Took my money; never published any ad. Customer support is not responding at all. It was a legal requirement. I am filing a complaint as soon as possible with the consumer court.
Unprofessional. Frauds. Waste of time and money. Mom and Pop show. Incing on the cake? They cite that the publication is asking for addresses in name change listings AFTER accepting your ad to keep from issuing a refund. Go with ads2publish instead.
Please be careful from these releasemyad.com... they are completely fraud people. All they want is ur money and ur add will never appear in news paper. They took money from me and my add never came. And no response.
I want to complain about not published my ad on given date after receiving a confirmation mail from their side. Ad Id: 1940840. After that, i have called the person Mr. Krishnu Debnath, he told me on 19/5/2026, if you received confirmation ad then your ad will publish tomorrow. But on 20/5/2026, there is no ad in newspaper and I called him again, he talked in very rude manner. Such kind of employee should be fired.
I published ad in times of india through this guys. there was error in ad. i raised complaint but this people not ready to accept it. even not talked properly and told bad mannerly and rudely. I m not recommending this people.

On 25.03.2026, I had opted for newspaper publication through your 'releasemyad' on 'Hitavada' on the property column (Nagpur). The booking ID No is 1932475, due to be published from 27.03.2026 to 30.03.2026. My payment was also accepted. On my conversation with the booking team's Jahil Siddiqui, he confirmed that ad will be published but was not published.
Today when i called the customer care - SAME PERSON was on call and MISBEHAVED. HE REFUSED TO provide details about complain AND gave HIS NAME and threatened us to proceed ahead with legal complaint.
WHEN I REQUESTED HIM TO CONNECT ME TO HIS SENIOR, HE SAID HE IS THE BOSS AND THE SENIOR AS WELL. HE YELLED AT ME AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. I have recorded all calls of the conversation with this guy.
At present despite of making the payment, I do not know whether my ad was published or not. Your actions amount to "DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE" in accordance with the law.
I am heavily disappointed at such poor services. Above all, the manner in which Jahid spoke to me, further confirms that they are cheats and defraud customers.

This advertisement company is a big fraud and cheaters’ company. I have paid them to post my ad for 7 days. What they did was that they printed my phone number incorrectly for 7 days, and when I asked them to redo it correctly. They only printed it correctly for 3 days. I questioned them about the other 4 days. Then, like thieves, they were trying to evade. I even filed a complaint with the consumer forum, and these cheaters even failed to reply there. Don’t ever make the mistake of paying these fraudsters money for advertisement.

I opted to put an advertisement on Newspaper. I put all the details on their website and made the payment. The request was submitted. Later they came back asking for documents. I didn’t have those documents, so I requested to cancel my request and refund the money. They never responded to my request. I sent an email on every email listed on their website, but no response at all. BE VERY CAREFUL. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
Rs. 17000/- for a 4cm x 5cm ad. Do i Have to sell kidneys for advertising with these jokers.
I’ve placed my ad on 14th march on the expectation that it’ll get published on 17th and it wasn’t published after lot of follow-ups Ms arpita responded and informed that it’ll get published on 24th March. Still not published after looting my payment. Don’t get fooled by them poor management and worst customer service
