I had booked a Turkish Airlines round…
I had booked a Turkish Airlines round flight ticket through Rehlat in the month of March 2020 from Dubai to Amsterdam. Due to Covid, my flights fot canceled and have been writing to them for the past 5 months and they have been fooling me with a same response that a refund request has been raised to Turkish Airlines. I contacted the Turkish Airlines team and they told me that there is no request raised from Rehlat for my ticket number. Their customer care representative is as ignorant and arrogant about this issue. Please support in resolving this. Rehlat company is fooling me and has not been giving me any concrete response on this.

I have emailed a number of messages, but I have not received a response. I called them several times on the phone and they were promising to confirm the reservation, and they didn't .. Trustworthy
I have been using Rehlat pretty much exclusively since 2015. Their website is outstanding and the few times I have hit a travel glitch their customer service department took care of me with no issues. Once I was stranded in Dubai because my connecting flight to Kuwait was cancelled. A call to Rehlat and they guided me with a hotel booking at the minimum cost without compromising on the services. They took extra care by arranging a connecting flight early next morning and charged a nominal fee for that. As a Mashreq card user, they gave me a discount too. Hope they continue with this good service.
