Staff in store were helpful & friendly, and our tv unit was delivered on the day and time expected.

Quick, knowledgeable advice. Delivery itself was smooth and the men who delivered the couch knew what they were doing and were very helpful. Altogether a good experience and will certainly use Regency again (as I have in the past).

Sofa delivered on time and efficiently
Only comment is that it would be helpful if overshoes were used to avoid marking carpet

Thank you so much for our new sofa! We were so excited to have it delivered! The guys turned up earlier than I expected, bought the sofa in (it came in parts) really quickly and with no hassle, put it exactly where I wanted it and put it together so fast and efficiently it was like watching an F1 pit crew change a tyre! Thanks again so much and the delivery guys were great!

I was hoping the bed would be put together by the people who delivered it so I was disappointed to hear that I would have to pay more to have that done for me.

Really friendly and efficient service on the shop floor. Great products and fabulous delivery team.

Brilliant service and great communication. The help and advice given when choosing a bed and mattress was thoughtful and very useful. All delivered and the old bed and mattress taken away.

Very helpfull and friendly.

Your Guy's arrived on time and were in and out in five minutes. Taking away the old mattress. Excellent Service and Guy's in shop were very helpful as well.

Good service all round. In the shop, the timings and the delivery. All perfect

Quality products at reasonable prices. Knowledgeable, helpful and courteous sales team. Highly recommended.

Efficient delivery, they said morning and it arrived in the morning, no waiting around all day.

In the shop, the man I saw was very helpful. Helping me to choose which mattress to choose. Thank you.

Efficient and helpful delivery team

Quality of product

Excellent price and service, delivery prompt thank you.

Went into the showroom, we were well looked after and advised, not pushy sales and exactly what we wanted. Measuring was easy for them to come and check. Delivery was easy to arrange and everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
