Sales staff (Paul) and delivery men were extremely efficient, helpful and courteous.

Extremely helpful from the time in showroom choosing beds, to delivery.

The help in the shop was much appreciated and very helpful in choosing my new bed
However my daughter took delivery as I was at work and this was rushed …
They barely took it up to the bedroom and unpacked it ( unpacking was at a prompt from my daughter) they said they were in a rush!
Shame this detracts from the whole experience

Men were quick ,polite friendly and got on with the job

We had not arranged for our bed to be assembled and were having problems, called the shop and within 20 minutes the delivery men were back and assembled the bed for us!

Good knowledgeable advice given when purchasing ottoman bed. Very flexible about delivery dates. Bed put together very efficiently. Efficient and friendly staff.

Great products, extremely efficient delivery and professional service from start to finish

Paul was excellent and knowledgable. Bed arrived within time specified. Delivery crew were very efficient and polite. All in all a very easy buying experience and great customer service in the showroom and at the home delivery.
Thank you

Friendly and helpful service in store and when delivered, our new mattress is great.

Very helpful delivery guys - due to our quirky house it wasn’t straight forward but they made it work. Polite and patient.

We were impressed to receive the goods earlier than expected.
The deliver persons were polite and swift.
Impressed

Old bed removed and new one installed with minimum of disruption
Delivery men cheerful( in spite of the rain)
No fuss No Drama just perfect
Thank You

The discussion and assistance from the store staff was excellent. Advice and ordering was really great and simple. The service was nothing short of first class.
I made a small change to my order and it was no trouble to alter it as l made the change the day after ordering the full corner suite.
The settee arrived earlier than scheduled.
The delivery team were also excellent - they eventually got all the feet and screws sorted. The electrics for recliner were all set up and everything positioned as l wanted it. Fabulous! I am thrilled with the corner suite.
However the corner section of the settee needs to come with a warning as it didn’t fit through my standard front door - as an alert to those who don’t have a rear entrance or double doors. It had to come over the fence and enter the house through the conservatory double doors.

From choosing a bed to having it delivered was simple and straightforward and made so by the salesman and delivery men. They were all helpful, polite and efficient.

Wanted a bed frame that had to be ordered, sales assistant was helpful with sale and information, it arrived in the estimated time, was immediately emailed to let me know and delivered when I asked for it to be
