I have ordered two times from the website, in 2024 and also 2026. Both times I got my parcel in less than a week. I don't have any problems with the quality of the shoes. I think they're very convenient and well-designed.
The only problem that I have is that they hand-in the parcels to Hermes to distribute within Germany, and Hermes has the most terrible delivery service. Both times, I had to run to the postman and remind him that I am also waiting for my parcel!!!

I had a very disappointing experience ordering directly from Reebok’s website and would strongly advise others to be cautious.
Order 1 – RBKCOM3660652 (Placed March 12, 2026)
This order was never delivered. After waiting beyond the stated 4–8 business day shipping window, I contacted customer support and was informed that the package had no tracking updates and was likely lost in transit.
While a refund was eventually processed, the experience was frustrating:
• I had to wait beyond the delivery window before any action was taken
• No proactive communication or updates were provided
• No accountability was taken for the failed delivery
• Any financial impact (such as credit card interest) was dismissed
This already raised serious concerns about their logistics and customer support.

Order 2 – RBKCOM3681859 (Placed March 26, 2026 – $110.51)
After the first issue, I placed a second order and even added their recommended Seel insurance for protection.
However, within several business days, I still had:
• No shipping confirmation
• No tracking number
• No reassurance after my previous failed order
Given the circumstances, I requested cancellation due to lack of confidence.
Reebok refused, stating that cancellations are not allowed once an order is placed—even though the item had not yet shipped.

Sono loro cliente da diversi anni e il mio modello di sneaker preferito è la Reebok Classica. Per Natale mi sono fatto un regalo ordinando il loro modello nero ed è arrivato in tempi brevi senza nessun problema. Per me è un'azienda consigliata.

Ma commande était incomplète et donc cela fait depuis le 26 janvier ( des la réception) que je lai signalé.

En un mes dos pedidos cancelados alegando falta de stock, a pesar de que aparecia disponible en la web. Son unos estafadores

Helaas wacht ik al sinds januari om mijn geld van schoenen retour te krijgen.
Ik heb een andere pakket dienst gebruikt dan FedEx en dit is echt drama.
De ene keer krijg ik Engelse berichten dan weer Nederlandse… dit is niet best hoor!
Ingen sendte sko men pengene er trukket.
Jeg bestilte Nano X5 (Order RB558991) den 5 januar. Pengene blev trukket den 6. januar men Reebok har ikke sendt pakken.
Jeg har skrevet til Reebok mange gange men der sker intet. Deres kundeservice svare ikke.

Ho speso oltre 400 euro per un ordine e ho ricevuto meno di 80 euro di valore di merce.

I ordered the classic Reebok ankle-high sneakers in garment leather that I used to LOVE! There was nothing on the website to tip me off about how different these new ones would be. The website called them "garment leather," which they certainly are NOT! The shoes that came are so stiff I could not get a foot into one. When I complained to them, they admitted that they don't actually know what material is used in making them, in Vietnam. The only way I could get a refund (minus $5 for my trouble) was to take them to my P.O. myself. I told them I don't drive and am not fit enough to walk there to fix a problem cause by THEIR LIE about the quality I would receive. They will not budge. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

Be wary. Ordered online and they added on non refundable ‘duties’. If you return items this is not refunded to you. I raised this via customer service with some questions and after an initial response was ignored for over 2 weeks.
