I made an order and saved a jpg of the order showing the picture and description. The order arrived and was not what was in the picture and I was told that what I received is what I ordered even though the picture on my order is different than what I received. So, consumers be aware that the picture you see for an item you are buying from the REDMINVSIDE website may not actually be what you are buying.  Further, the company does not acknowledge they sent the wrong item even though it is 100% obvious that the picture of the item on the order form is not the same as what I paid for and received......but on the bright side, they are willing to give a 9% discount back to me for sending the wrong item.....that to them is not the wrong item.

The purest scam shop, I had ordered the e-ink display trackers, what arrived were normal GPS trackers for just 4 dollars worth of goods.... while I paid 60 dollars for e-ink display trackers.

Contacted support and miraculously they replied and said that I had received what I ordered, but because of the anger they would offer me 5 dollars as compensation... who are they actually trying to be kidding here.

If they don't give me the money back, I will report it to the relevant authorities

My mistake for not checking the website on Trust pilot! I bought the e-ink screen tracker and received a normal tracker with no screen which costs no more than £3.00
These guys are scammers, no doubt about it.

Scam society. Received a 1 dollar product from China instead of the product I ordered… impossible to be refunded.
Be careful, this society has other name (Partbelong…)

Don't order from this site, they send the wrong item and when you contact them. This is the message you get..Thanks for your email.

Total scam. The ordered goods do not match the order. I do not recommend.

I ordered one of their e-ink display trackers, but i received aregular blank tracker without display, i then contacted support, they answered quickly, but they say that they checked with the warehouse, and tells me i got the correct item.
I paid $27.99 USD plus shipping and support doesn't seem to care that i received a wrong item, and they won't acknowledge it.

How this company has anymore than 1 star Il never know ordered an E-ink screen tag and what was received was a blank cheap piece with no screen and not even working I'd avoid this site for any item your looking for as I see from tech/gadgets right through to garden furniture people across the world are being scammed

Well the 1 star feedback from every buyer has saved me a lot of money, every one of them say this seller is a scammer but why are is the internet letting them still advertise? These kind of sellers have to be stopped but they are still taking peoples money.

Ordered an Item from them and after 28 days nothing had arrived so I contacted their Customer Services and said that I am not prepared to wait any longer so I would like a refund. Continual emails saying just wait a few more days!
I told them I was not prepared to do this so as they would not give me a refund, I raised a dispute with PayPal and received my refund straight away.
Poor service in my experience and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a pair of Jeans in early June, still nothing!! I spent 12.99 on expedited shipping hahahahahahaha....what a joke!! I'm positive I will never see the product, going to file a claim through paypal.

Can I give zero stars? Ordered some jeans on April19. They are still not here on June 25. Supposedly it is in transit according to the tracking number. I'll be amazed if they ever arrive. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't do it. I'm going to file a claim with PayPal. DO NOT BE FOOLED. THIS VENDOR SEEMS TO BE A SCAMMER FROM CHINA.

Ordered a product online that I had previously ordered from a reputable company and thought I was ordering from the same company. Boy was I surprised to see 1) a charge to my credit card the same day for $60.96 (my order was for $46.89 including $6.99 shipping). I immediately emailed them to cancel my order. No response whatsoever. And to make matters worse I also have a pending charge for $39.90.
Today I got a response “ 3848S143049

The freight forwarder confirms that your order is still in transit.
The system has not updated the latest shipping information.
We have urged them to update it.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND RECEIVE A REFUND.
This obviously is not going to happen.
I will have to dispute the charges on my credit card and get a new card. What a hassle.

I think this company is a scam, they took my money postage, for a product they made out as from uk, but it is from China, the product never arrived, i then contacted them, only for them to say they will send again if i pay more for product & postage, or if i wanted a refund they will still charge me for postage and loss of product total scam

Fik kun 5 af 6 rør, og selv om jeg fremsendte billede mv. mente de hårdnakket der var sendt 6 stk, for det oplyste deres vægt jo til dem.
Nu står man med en vandrestok som er for lav til egen brug.
Kunne sende retur for egen regning eller få 10USD tilbage, valgte det sidste, case closed!

Scam, avoid!!

I ordered a cocktail smoker mixology bartender kit, but only received the wood chips for it. They keep insisting they send the right product, even after showing they camera recodings of me opening the package. They will only compensate me $3 on a $30 order.

It’s a scam!!!! Just be careful.
That’s my story.
On 7 Dec 2023 I made an order for 2 cocktail smoker mixology bartender kits. One to give it as a Christmas present and one for me.
The next day I realized that most probably I would not have received my order on time, so I sent a message to cancel it. The same day I received an answer that said that my order had already shipped to me, so it was not possible to cancel it. I was surprised about how quick was the response, but I also hoped that since the shipping was instant, I would have it ‘till Christmas time. (I should understand that was a lie because I tried to track my parcel and the result was nothing at all!)
Finally, not only It wasn't here for Christmas, but I received it on Jan 11, after a month from my order and I chose to pay the express shipping. (what if I decided to choose the normal shipping…..?)
In addition - and that's the worst - I thought that I had ordered 2 cocktail kits, but I received only the small boxes with the smoke (small pieces of wood). How am I supposed to use the pieces of smoke without the wooden base (or infuser. …or whatever….)?
Of course, I complained about that, and it happened what I thought. They answered me that I got want I have ordered. Now I feel stupid and cheated. I should be extra careful when I’m purchasing things from the internet. But I'm pretty sure that this company will have complaints all the time because they know exactly the fact that when you make an order it says: "cocktail smoker kit including a smoke infuser (with filter) a spray gun, cleaning tools... etc." (I have a screen shot of it) but then the photo attached contains only few boxes of smoke which of course so the buyer doesn’t realize that hasn’t bought the whole "cocktail kit" but only some boxes with pieces of small woods that they are totally useless!
Just don’t buy for this company. Redminvside its a scam!
