Did a bathroom for my daughter and finished on Friday. Saturday evening I get a call that the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. I thaw them out but the fittings they installed leaked so I had to get a plumber in to cut and cap since they could not respond. That is when I notice they cut the floor joist to get the drain in. When they show up to make the repairs their response to the cut joist was "sometime you need to do it". I asked if that was code and the plumber (if he was one) said I don't know you'll have to ask the carpenter.

But that is not all. They never reinstalled the insulation causing the pipes to freeze. The toilet was installed crooked and two screws for the faucet were sticking out through the rear wall. They took out the doorway to get the tub in and when they put it back they feathered the plaster around the frame only two coats and told me that is all they could do because on the contract.

These guys are hacks, avoid them at all costs.

Re bath just completed remodel on our master shower. We are very much ecstatic with workmanship and work ethic Mike and Victor have displayed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommending Re Bath to friends and family.

Zero stars if i could. Waste of money. Cheap products, bad workmanship. Avoid at all costs. Im stuck with a tilted tub. Bouncy floor. Leaking pipes, hired a plumber to fix, theirs will only cover his ass. Just bad all around. I could go on for hours. Just stay away from them.

Samples do not reflect what the product REALLY looks like, colors are way off. The sinks are super small and very dull. They took the whole vanity top including the sinks out and buffed to make shiny which really did not happen. Now the sinks absorb stains like there is no tomorrow. Vanity top is dull/ugly - nothing like the sample. The shower door was installed where it rattles and bangs around, always afraid it will fall off tracks (this was after they came out and "fixed"). The shower products easily get black mold even with frequent cleaning. For the ridiculous amount of money we paid for this junk, heartbreaking. We had done business with Re-bath twice before, always pleased. Their product now is nothing but junk, save your money and stay far away from them. Complain on facebook and they block you.

My bath room remodel was completed in a very professional manner. James- the installer was very detailed and respective of my property. The installation looks super. The only drawback was waiting months for the installation.

Our bathroom remodel with Re-Bath started on 6/27/22 and the installation of a shower and 2 sinks with cabinets was completed in 3 days. The glass door for the shower will take a little longer to install because it is a custom fit and would have to be ordered, but overall we love the final results! The contractor (Manny) is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They were on time each day and upon leaving they left their work area very clean. I would highly recommend Manny and his assistant to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom through Re-Bath. He is dependable and really knows his stuff!

Placed a full bath remodel order with ReBath on September 01, 2021, with two key understandings:
1. The remodel would be complete and ready for family holiday vacation in November 2021, and
2. The service quality level was guaranteed by a bank that would stand behind me if there were any items not meeting expectations.
I did some quick research online, asked others who i knew had used this company and found glowing reviews, so I signed their contract.

Within one week, the nightmare began. The assigned "project manager" told me during his first meeting that he was not a project manager and would only coordinate and be responsible for installation of ReBath specific items. Therefore, my floor, walls, window, doors, vanity and fixtures, plumbing and finally electric work that were not MANUFACTURED by ReBath were not his problem or responsibility but were mine.

In the four months it took to do this installation, the entire house was used as storage and dirty. The crew randomly appeared once per week for a day and created a personal expense of over $20,000 through their errors and omissions. FOUR MONTHS later after ReBath was nearing completion, they had mucked up plumbing for the master bath sink, and the new project manager "stopped by to look at it" and promised to fix everything wrong and stop the leak. After several days, i called in an outside professional (aka not ReBath) plumber to re-install the piping.

ReBath resolved this entire four-month fiasco by dismissing the individuals responsible on their end but refusing to admit error, apologize or compensate me (the client!) in any way. The overall attitude of all members of this group is not conducive to a strong service company. Their demeaning and dismissive comments are not useful.

My final recommendation to anyone contemplating a ReBath contract? - BUYER BEWARE!

You would think that a company that is set up as Home Depot's bathroom remodeler would be more reliable... oh how I wish that were the case, but no. Here I sit 4 weeks after my initial "install" date with no idea of when it will be completed. It has been a nightmare from the word go and I STILL do not have a complete shower install! Saying they complete work in 1-2 days is an absolute JOKE. Also, mind you, this is NOT a cheap remodel. They say they're "affordable" and at this point, I couldn't disagree more.

My initial demo/build started on 10/20/21. They did not have all of the correct materials - they claim this is rare, but at this point, I sincerely doubt it - apologized and said it would be in 1-2 weeks that they could fix it. Those guys were great and I wish they worked for a better company. The next week, the drywall person did his work, which isn't great. I tried to patiently wait, receiving no word, no updates for weeks while being promised again and again I would be called when the materials arrived and they could install. Never happened. I've been calling every day of the week and told they will call me back. Again, didn't happen. Today, after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I finally got through to someone only to be told they want to call me back to schedule the week of Thanksgiving (it's 11/12, so they need 2 weeks just to figure this out?), because what timing could be more disruptive, right? That's when everyone is available to have remodels done.

Meanwhile, I am getting measurements from another vendor for the shower door because while they demoed half a wall, they don't supply the glass to go in its place. They don't help you negotiate or figure any of this out either, you're on your own. Their recommended vendor has the same issue of no follow up and timeframes that are nowhere near what they claim - guess that's why they like working together, so they can have the most frustrated customers in the biz! But that's also beside the point because they won't be able to install any glass until Rebath decides to FINISH THE INSTALL!

Please Rebath, feel free to actually communicate with a customer and prove me wrong. But as it stands now, I think your company is TOTAL GARBAGE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE! Actually, that's not true. I'd gladly recommend you to my worst enemy because getting teeth pulled has been more pleasant than dealing with your "service."

Used Re-Bath through Home Depot and all went well replacing our shower. It was done in 1 day and has been working fine for over 2 years now.
