Poor experience and ended up making my son cry.

My son has dyslexia and already has extremely low confidence when it comes to reading. To be honest, this app has made things worse.

It wouldn't pick up his pronunciation of certain words, despite him pronouncing them perfectly. Some words he said correctly and the app still told him they were wrong.

It ended up with him becoming frustrated and in tears. For a child who already struggles with confidence around reading, this was incredibly upsetting. I really don't think an app designed to help children learn to read should leave them feeling like they're failing when they aren't.

Great communication and provided clear instructions for their content needs. The app is user friendly and we’ve enjoyed using it. Would definitely love to work with them again.

The ability to guide and assist my kids reading is exceptional, but lacks the visual illustrations to accompany the stories.

My daughter is 10, neurodivergent, and has a mild learning disability. Reading has always been a struggle for her. We’ve tried tutors, different apps, all of it. Some things helped a little, but nothing really stuck. Most of the time it just ended in frustration or her feeling discouraged.

We started using Readability, and honestly it’s been a game changer.
