Immaculate Customer Service - Louise McGregor
Wow, immaculate and such a professional seemless job by Louise (McGregor). Seriously a credit to your business. Came to her with a problem, she listened, reiterated that she understood my concerns, calmed me down and explained whilst sympathising with me and my situation and within 5/10 minutes came back with a resolution and all of my concerns gone.
Thank you Louise - Customer Service at its best.

Horrific customer service avoid
Took out a policy but the date was the day after for unknown reason. Called them 20 mins after to correct and they wanted to charge I kid you not £3,000 to adjust or £85 to cancel. I could understand if I was cancelling after the policy had started but this was before and only 20 mins after it was done online. Really poor service highly recommend staying away as who knows what would happen if you needed to claim.

Brilliant customer service from Ian
Ian Wells has been extremely helpful today. I can get very anxious when dealing with phone calls, but Ian put me at ease right away.

Beyond belief dishonest
Ombudsman, trading standards, and FCA complaint coming. Avoid at all costs unless you want money stolen under hidden terms in small print.
