My husband and I recently spent nearly $8,000 on furniture. The leather sofa we bought had power reclining seats and one of them stop working in the extended position. This happened after less than 2 WEEKS after delivery. The store sent a link to schedule a repairman. I have small children and it is dangerous being stuck open. The least they could have done is apologize and try to expedite service. The salesman, Vinny, was uninterested and showed no concern. Very unfortunate

My representative (Denzel Teagle) located in Wilmington, Delaware was most helpful in guiding me through the computer aspect of my order and had patience with me! The item was on backorder until November 11, 2023. He went the extra mile in locating the item that luckily was in stock due to a cancellation!! The fact that he took the time to search for the item and call me back shows he's much more than an employee working for his paycheck! It shows me that there are still people we care about servicing the public!! I am overjoyed in the anticipation of my purchase!!

Chrisy was an absolute joy to work with! She helped me selecting a new couch & love seat. She listened to what I needed & wanted. Plus, set up a 3rd party hauler to deliver our purchase & take away old sectional.
