Very pushy salespeople at the outlet store in Wilmington. Would not take no for an answer. I refuse to buy anything from salespeople like that. We went to another store after this one where the salespeople were friendly and respectful. We bought from them instead. Being overly pushy will not get you more sales. It was ridiculous and a big turnoff for us.

Sales rep, Chris Hamilton, was extremely helpful answering all our questions, and looking for what we wanted, while we were also looking. No pressure on her part, just very helpful.

I purchased a Hooker Brookhaven lateral filing cabinet. My salesperson (Chris) was very professional and helpful. She took the time to answer my questions and actually called the manufacturer to get clarification on the size of each drawer because this was a special order and wasn’t available to see in the showroom.

The R&F sales associate, Chrisy, is fabulous! My husband and I were in the market for twin mattresses. From the moment we entered the store, we were enthusiastically greeted by Chrisy. We responded positively to Chrisy's friendly, no-pressure yet very knowledgeable approach when showing us different twin mattresses that would best fit our needs. Chrisy gained our trust to the point that, we purchased another much need mattress and boxspring for our main bed as well! Bottom line, we wanted to give our business to Chrisy! And she deserved our business. Her manager, Marcus, was wonderful too! He carefully explained our order and the whole delivery process with us. We really hit a home run shopping at R&F! We highly recommend Chrisy for being the most competent and enjoyable sales associate.

Saleswoman Jennifer Rubert was so helpful and Knowledgeable it was like talking to an old friend. She gave good advice and made my selection easy. Also the manager Marcus came out and spoke to me he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I will definetly go back to that particular store again.

From start to finish The Lead rep Jennifer took all my considerations and thoughts and helped me forge my couch!!!
