Delivery went well too but I would like to make a suggestion. The gentleman carried our brand new cushions upstairs against their bare skin. The seat cushion had a noticeable mark from his sweaty arm. I didn't mention it to them because it was a slight mark and I know it was a hot day with smoke from Canada. But going forward, keep the plastic protection on the cushions and remove them in the home.

Sales rep was informative about the product I was interested in.

There was no pressure by our sales person Hendrik. He was very helpful in making our selections on new mattresses.

Becky at the Williamsville store is the reason I purchase from there. She is so helpful and kind!

Chris M. was excellent. He zeroed in on what we were looking for and gave us great options. He was very personable and had a gift with words to make us feel comfortable.

Terrible experience. Spent $40k furnishing an entire house. Nothing went well. They never delivered stuff, they brought someone else’s stuff, they brought the same couch 2xs…both with tears in the fabric. Then they asked if I could overlook that or would they need to replace it?…. I’ll never go back.

Concise honest and patient

Salesman lied about time frame getting chair in. We then shopped again, spent double the money. Now 2 1/2 months later had to have service come out because that recliner is broken. Now waiting 2-12 weeks for part to come in to fix said chair. Recliner is less than 3 months old. We have been lifelong customers of Raymour and Flanigan but now they have lost a customer.

I went to Raymour and Flanigan to purchase a new bedroom set. My salesman Chris Mackert made the experience very pleasant. He was very attentive to what I was looking for and assisted me with a smile and the utmost professionalism. I never felt pressured, he spent time with me, helped me make my final choice and even followed up with a phone call after delivery to make sure I was happy with everything. Chris was referred to me by a former customer of his, and that was the greatest referral! Again, he provided me with time and patience to make my final decision on the bedroom set I ultimately purchased. If you want to shop Raymour and Flanigan, go to their Williamsville store and ask for Chris. He will make your shopping experience as pleasant as he made mine, I’m sure of it. The delivery was set up and followed to the tee with text updates and with text updates and a phone call prior to arrival and the two young men were pleasant and attentive to bringing the furniture in and putting it in place.

We really liked working with Martin. He wasn’t pushy and let us walk around on our own. His laid back sales approach is why we bought in store vs online. The sales floor also has a lot of options and colors so we were able to try various chairs before settling on ours.

Great experience. Our sale consultant did a great job answering all our questions. When it came time to pay the counter person was excellent and very helpful.

I was welcomed by a wonderful sales rep named Chris. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for which was a leather sofa with automated recliners. We went through many different ones until he found exactly what I wanted. He made purchase, financing and delivery date seamless. I highly recommend him if you go to his store.

They were very thorough and professional

Our salesman, Hendricks was lacking customer Service. I had to call him because of a delivery conflict, instead of returning my call, he texted me and didn’t identify who he was. I’m glad it wasn’t an urgent matter. The chair I purchased, however, is solid. Good quality !

Sales Associate was very knowledgeable and friendly.
