Raymour & Flanigan - Watertown Anmeldelser 

The store actually called me to let me know they had one of the chairs I ordered in stock and wanted to see if I wanted it delivered earlier. They were very nice and helpful. I will only do my buisness with Raymour and Flanigan in Watertown.

Our first time buying from there and we will definitely go back as the sales girl was super friendly and helped us pick out the couch we wanted.

Jacob Rutigliano was the person I worked with in Dec and I requested him yesterday when we went to purchase a new mattress. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. This was the Watertown ny store. He has a very good approach with people. He also stayed in touch via email with me to coordinate when we would go back to make sure he was working

Christine was wonderful! She was very kind and patient as it took a while to decide . She was very helpful

The sales rep was there when I wanted her to be and not hovering around when I didn't want them to be. I asked about certain furnishings, she pointed out to me where they were, and then I was able to look around freely at them in a leisurely manner without anyone hovering nearby asking if I needed anything repeatedly like some places do, until I decided what I wanted and found her to talk about the sale. She was then able to quickly and easily answer all my questions about the product.

My experience with purchasing a purple 4 mattress was absolutely awesome !!! The Sales Representative was amazing, She went over everything and helped me so much and I was so thankful for that !! Super happy 😊 Hope to have her again next time I purchase something else.

Attn anyone that wants great service from this furniture store, ask for Jacob (the one with the bow tie). He is awesome. This guy should needs a raise. He was so helpful, so polite and found me exactly what I was looking for in what seemed like seconds. So if it's great customer service your looking for in the watertown store ask for Jacob. Don't forget he is the one with the cute bow tie

We received the same outstanding service that we received when we bought a house full of furniture in the spring of 2018. We were looking for a couch this time in the same pattern and material we already have, sure enough there it was right on the showroom floor. But, to our amazement, so was our sales person Christine Scovell, what a surprise. She took us immediately under her wing and we were completely done in minimal time. We purchased our new Couch and off we went 100 % satisfied. Super Service and great prices! Thank you Christine, we appreciate all you do!
