Brandi was helpful and knowledgeable in helping us with our purchase. The store was clean, beautifully displayed with quality furniture at reasonable prices. Covid-19 precautions were taken into consideration by staff which was appreciated. Delivery was scheduled and was super quick. Only drawback...the delivery fee. It seemed a bit high, more than 10% of the entire purchase.

She was professional and positive! Took the time to show me lots of variety furniture.

We shopped at the Scranton store this past Saturday - Beth was our saleslady - She is absolutely wonderful - shared information without being pushy - Showed us exactly what we were looking for, which was a reclining sofa, loveseat, and chair. We ended up also purchasing a coffee table, two end tables and an area rug! She helped us put the whole room together and then assisted us with financing. On top of that, we even were given our choice of delivery dates! We are so completely satisfied with Beth and Raymour & Flanigan.

The salesman gave me no pressure. He was very helpful and my purchase was nice and easy.

As a frequent customer, I walked in with a good idea of what I wanted. I was met by Sam who addressed my request easily and effortlessly and within in 20 minutes my purchase was complete. Delivery was the following day and the men making the delivery were professional and quick took precautions and set up cones on the street in front of my home. My new set up was done in less than 10 minutes.

Excellent buyers experience at Raymour & Flanigan from the moment we walked in. Our Saleman Doug - was very informative but not pushy he was patient with us as my mother (Elderly) was unsure of what she wanted and it took her time. The icing on the cake was that my Father (who hurt his back and could not come in to walk around) was met by the car by Doug with papers in hand for signatures. Amazing service!
