Store is very nicely arranged and all of the furniture seems to be good quality

We were taken care of as soon as we walked in the door by a friendly and very helpful gentleman. The showroom was filled with all kinds of furniture but was not crowded. All our questions were answered and we purchased the kind of recliner we were looking for. It is due for delivery four days after purchase which is sooner than we expected. A very pleasant experience all around.

I was approached but a salesperson, Carmen she gave me useful information without being pushy to give me time to browse. She asked my questions and told me she would be available for further assistance if I needed.

Rich is nice, accomodating and patient with us. He listens and gave us recommendation according to our preference.

Rhianna was an amazing consultant making my whole experience one that made me chose you over Jordan's, Bobs, West Elm, All Modern, Coleman, Crap n Barrel and Wayfair.
She greeted Us on walk in, very friendly, professional, product knowledge, company history, along w hands on product features and benefits. I canceled orders to chose my new R&F loveseat, chair and platinum coverage.

The person who helped us too her time, showed me everything on floor and then helped me with custom made.
