The sales representative, Franco, was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I NEVER make a purchase decision on the spot but I did today. Every aspect of the purchase was perfect: the store is bright and cheerful and extremely clean; the product itself was very high quality, and the staff were all top notch. I clincher was Franco, I felt comfortable with him as soon as we met.

Chris my sales associate answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and polite

Carole and store manager Amir were very helpful and efficient.

Delivery guys were friendly and efficient. It was a pleasant experience.

It wasn’t easy for me to get around but she looked as I sat
I had some idea’s… the one sectional was at outlet store and I knew that the Quality wasn’t what I was expecting..
Went back to the showroom at Her location and started seeing things more expensive but better Quality.
We finally found everything and then Amir was kind enough to give me Some Price adjusting 🙏.
After looking and then Checking out I then met Michelle at Service Desk and she couldn’t have been any nicer.
She took my I.D and noticed that it was my Birthday and offered me a Cupcake because she also shares the same birthday as me.
I just got everything delivered today and it looks amazing
The delivery team what’s the driver with Steve Cook and his partner was Andy.
They also were fantastic and Professional and Kind .

Experiences like this make Customers want to come back.

Tina in the Scranton store. She took a deep interest in helping me design the livingroom for my new condo, and we communicated extensively by text with pictures and sizing information on the sofas and chairs were were debating using. She spent hours on my project, some of it personal time. And the project came out great--I love it! I'm sure I couldn't have achieved such a sophisticated looking living room without her design eye.

Professional service and Carole spent numerous hours helping us. It was most appreciated.

Tina helped me find the perfect bedroom set for my son. She explained how the bedroom sets are made and helped me get the best price.

I had to go to the store several times just to order this as the first time when I was ready to check out your computers went down and I could not order the merchandise. It was a waste of gas and two hours of my time to go to the store twice. Also the merchandise was not in the warehouse when we went yo pick it up , we were told it was in Syracuse and would be there the next day. They did deliver it as a courtesy then but the delivery time was right in the middle of when I sleep as I am a night shift nurse. I told the salesperson this and I was told “Sometimes we have to make sacrifices for what we want”. That is true but when you are paying big money to a company for furniture like I did in the last year twenty thousand dollars , you would think the company could be more accommodating.

I couldn’t be happier with not only your customer service but more importantly how your company stands behind your furniture. I will never buy anywhere else

My wife and I went there looking for bar stools for our new house. Our saleswoman Carole D. was so helpful and knowledgeable in understanding what exactly we were looking for. She took her time, making sure that we were happy and satisfied with our purchase. We have always shopped at Raymour & Flanigan in the past because they stand behind their products.

My representative, Cari Woda, is just perfect. She unselfishly spends as much time as I need, and she truly cares about a successful, and happy outcome on the furniture I purchase. She keeps in touch with me after the sale to inform me of any developments, shipping or supply problems. I could not ask for anything more in a representative.
