My wife and I wanted information on adjustable beds
My wife and I wanted information on adjustable beds. She has a back problem and has been sleeping in a recliner for the past 3to 4 months. I thought if we got a bed that has raised back it would help her get a good night sleep. The salesman was very nice and helpful to show the different beds that were available. The only one that was low enough for her to get in and out of was a floor model. He told us it had the same measurements as a queen. That seemed fine to us. I specifically asked him if the two sections were the same as two twin bed. He said they were. Not knowing the difference, we bought the beds. Then he said we would need a mattress cover for both and a set of sheets for each. We purchased them as per his recommendation. When the beds were delivered they were missing the caps for the legs. I had to go out to purchase the furniture pads so the legs wound not damage the carpet. I went to put the mattress covers and the sheets on the beds only to find out they were too big. Not knowing that the beds we purchased measured 30x75inches and a twin bed measures 38x75 inches the mattress covers and the sheets were too big. Very disappointed to be misled this way by the sales man and had to pay for something that we did not need or want. We are very disappointed with our experience in your store and with this sales person. I have no idea what we are supposed to do now.

The sales team was great and the selection was amazing. Pedro was a big help in selecting my mattress and pillows. Will definitely go back there to shop for more furniture.

Your Check clearing company sucks
Your Check clearing company sucks. Had more then enough funds in account to write check with over a week delay of furniture being delivered, and was denied. After wasting an extra 1/2 hour trying to find out why and they wouldn't say, Causing the whole experience of shopping at R&F damaged. If not for the Actual R&F staff and their professionalism, I would shout from the tree tops not to use R&F stores. Your cash clearing house embarrassed Me and my Spouse.
