I would like to commend Raymond & Flanagan, Patchogue for their excellent quality of service. In this day and age where all you reach are robots with most companies. Raymond &Flanagan goes above and beyond. From their sales people, delivery and especially the store manager Steve. He helped a senior citizen correct a problem that I had which wasn't his problem. Thanks again Steve for caring.

Positive experience at Raymour & Flanagan
Diane is an excellent sales representative. She knew our needs and found an adjustable bed frame that fits our needs perfectly. We were able to get 0% financing on a frame we feel comfortable with the payments and safe with this product.

Perfect...NOT
We were able to find exactly what we needed and happy that there were four in stock. So we made our purchase with the expectation of a quick delivery. Although 9 days isn't slow it took some exploring to find the right person to contact and we had no info as to purchase. We would have like to be told the date of pick-up when we ordered.
Contacted yesterday 4/25 that Patchogue no longer ha]ve pick ups available. Again no biggy but it took this long and phone calls about pick up to be told they no longer have pick up there!!!
Okay, latest evolution of pick ups as of 8/26. Called the number they left on my cell phone and guess what they scheduled my pick up for the Islip location. That seems like an OK idea but they neglected to tell me that's their warehouse, so if you don't take their white glove delivery you are not a welcomed customer. Just an annoyance that doesn't want to pay for white glove delivery another $89.

My experience was pleasant and enjoyable. John listened carefully to the needs for my mom for a new mattress (who is in an assisted living and could not come to the store). He was knowledgeable and patient. I was pleased with the price and free shipping and also that she could exchange it if she was not happy for no additional charge or shipping.

Being that I walk with 2 canes which is not your fault I had to walk to the back of the store. The manager was a pleasure very customer oriented very nice and a pleasure. Then when I walked out after I was done paying there were a group of employees and I sat down for awhile and spoke to a very pleasurable woman very sweet but as I was walking out there was a person close to the door which did not open automatically like it said and did not as a gentleman and employee offer to open the doors. 🙁🙁 At 70 yrs old think of your grandmother. Have a nice day.
