Sales person (I forget his name ) greets us at the door .it’s my first time I been to a R&F store . He took his time and showed us what we asked for and gave us the time to decide with no hassle , no rush ! He wasn’t greedy for a sale he more care about our satisfaction !

Jamel and Fatima were the greatest customer service representatives I have come across in a long time.
They left no stone unturned. From the minute I walked in the showroom until the time I left, the service was excellent. If any of my friends or family are in need of furniture will definitely send them to the outlet.

The time and patience they have for you
