My experience at Raymour was excellent due to the help of Igor. When we walked in his cheerful personality was welcoming. Immediately offered us water and let us wander without following. We were able to see the furniture and talk without having someone hovering over us. Igor came at the perfect times to check in and answer our questions. Because of his excellent customer service we decided to purchase our furniture the same day. Truly we could have bought the furniture anywhere else but Igor was the one who made us want to buy there. He really did make the entire process easy. Would highly recommend Igor!

Ronny Cohen is an exceptional salesman. I was looking for a bedroom for my 87 year old mom. She needed something low to the ground. He took us around the floor patiently waiting for my mom to make her decision. We never felt rushed and I know he had other customers waiting for him. He was nice, kind and compassionate toward my mom and me. I would highly recommend him and Raymour and Flanigan.
